  IMHO This is the most valuable housing in the town due to its strategic location which is not far from cilebut railway station (950m) and 3km from the nearest toll access. You can also reach the Bogor down town in just 15 minutes where luxurious shopping mall, prestigious hotel and best hospitals are located. Bogor Botanical Garden and Pasar Anyar market can be accessed through local taxi (angkot) which take you directly to both places, right in front of the CR1 gate. Schools for kids are many and public university (Bogor Agricultural Uni) and University of Indonesia are easily accessible through public transport. The cons are: main road to CR1 is small and near cliff, no swimming pool and no convention hall.

  Location of public recidence, northern part of Bogor, near tol road Jagorawi, 1.5km from Exit Gate Sentul Barat. Location can also be reached by railway 'Commutter line' from Jakarta or Bogor. About 150m from the rail station to Cilebut Residence.

  Great place for leaving. Cluster Residance, there have three clusters. Each cluster have a Security Postguard. So we are feel safety here, and a great naigbourhood too.
