The house is very well organized, and the security guards were friendly, but unfortunately the park & the soccer (or badminton?) field is abandoned and the trees & plants on the park are overgrown so the park really looks creepy at night & the field was never been take care for years so in the field could'nt be used anymore as a soccer or badminton field since there's many overgrown plants & some unknown debris ( see my picts)

good and secure home make you feel safe. but this place need more features and more garden just for family to chill out.
the place consider close to other mall and area. The place is flood free.
