Decent rates. Feels really secure and trustworthy.

Trustworthy. Gives good rates. Rate can change even in the same day.
Takes sometime to change the money, but less time in the evening.

staff useless , to change the money need to wait almost 1 hour , look so many staff there but they are busy talking and some of them playing her mobile phone , very bad service

Staff is not helping at all, they rather stay behind the counter and put the trainee up front to do their job,
office number is always busy and impossible to make a phone call
The place is open until 9.30 pm but only for selling, to buy is only until 9 pm and clearly wasn't stated in the website
When I asked to talk to the staff they have zero knowledge of their product or branch offices information

nothing there when took an uber specifically for money exchange. might be closed, but it was clearly indicated that it works until 21:00, we arrived at 15:00
