Bad experience. I thought i was the only one. Then i came back and see the reviews. Had the same kindof experience as them. Went at 1am. No choice as its the only clinic that opens at that hour. Should have hold it till the next morning and went to next door clinic. $110 consultation wasted. No wonder every time i pass by the next door clinic is always crowded.

I sent my friend to this clinic after she fell down from bike and bleed nonstop. The assistant was very helpful and called the doctor immediately after listened to us.

The doctor did a quick check, provided some medical cotton and referred us to the nearest hospital as he suggested that my friend may need a checking to confirm if there was bone injury.

All of those were completed in 5 min and they did not charge us.

The worst experience I ever had visiting a clinic. Regretted so much of choosing this clinic, visited this clinic with my sick boy at 4am as he has a bad tummy. Experience bad service from the assistant and poor consultation from the doc. My boy has lot of “wind” in his tummy, after few mins of check, the doc refer us to NUH! (If I know I would have just go straight to NUH) my boy vomit after coming out of that clinic. So I brought him back to clean up n change, he was too tired and fell asleep on his bed. So I let him rest and after waking up at ard 10 am he says is ok and running around like normal. We did not go NUH as referred. And the assistant, 10 questions asked, 9 replies is either “I don’t know” or “I am not sure”. Considering the $110 paid for nothing, this will be my last visit there!

Thic clinic is more expensive than the others around this area. Its a franchise so theres no resident GP here, cos i always see a diff one whenever i visit. Theu ve 3-4 clinic assistants, even thou its off peak (12 noon on a thurs) and it was very noisy...the staff were goasiping loudly and playing hip hop music. I dont recommend this clinic cos u its expensive, u dont see a reg GP and its noisy. The waiting was a torture whn u r sick n ve to the listen to the staff loud sharp voice and blasting music. Dont come here

Take note that, 12am onwards consultation $110 exclusive medicine and gst.
My daughter fever, the doctor gave 3 medication which you could buy over the counter.
1 Brufen, 1 paracetamol, and fever suppositories 125mg (upon requested)
    Total cost: $139.60
Better ensuring standby some these medication at house instead of spending this kind of price!
Ended, her fever not reducing and need see another doctor the next day.
Her temperature down After visited day time doctor.

Doctor was busy surfing the net for treatment of tennis elbow.

I was waiting outside, while another patient before me was waiting for about 10 minutes. There was no patient in the room. That patient was eventually called in and he came out in about 1-2 minutes later. That was quick! Well I guess the doctor was clairvoyant or he has some medical diagnosis super vision.

When I came in he was surfing the net. Raises a few questions if a trained doctor has to refer to Doctor Google for medical knowledge.

My diagnosis was done in under a minute. I came in for sore throat, for those knowledgeable with Doctors, they will typically ask if you have developed any cough or runny nose he did nothing of that sort. But I may be wrong because the doctor could be clairvoyant.

I came here 4 times before, 2 times before consulted by an Indian doctor and he was fantastic.
The other two time was by the same Chinese locum clairvoyant Super doctor and the service sucks.

I had to pay more as compared to my usual GP at another clinic . My current GP was out of town.

Please do not waste your money. It's not right to be swindled of proper service when you are sick and paying comparatively more.

Not all clinics are created equal and more importantly, not all Doctors graduated at the the top of their class.

Central 24hrs Clinic (Opp Jurong Green Community Club/ McDonald)
Never been there. However, based on some comments made it seem.like not a good review.
Good to source for 24hrs Clinic near your residential particularly those with your kid and elderly at home.

Is there a review where I can put zero stars?

Probably the worst doctor experience I ever had. No bedside manners, wasn't even thorough in checking and was diagnosed with viral fever?

Downright rude and probably hates his job or having a bad day. Didn't argue cos didn't have the strength.....
And oh... the bill was $120 and it wasn't even peak hours.

Locum doctor on duty on 7 September 2017 630pm

    My first and last.

Very RUDE, IMPOLITE & DISCOURTEOUS staff; the worst so far I've experienced in Singapore - they take advantage of being open for 24 hours; Charges are extremely high; when you ask for a detailed invoice, they refuse to give it to you. Not recommended if you can go somewhere else.

Went to the clinic yesterday due to serious allergy. Doctor was professional and immediately give me injection, and call ambulance to send me to hospital due to low blood pressure. Overall experience is good.

Few days ago had visited the clinic around the night at 11.30PM onwards. It can be kinda lucky that it opens 24 hours but one thing I would really want to say is that the overall was not up to my standard. I have a high fever and I went there, paid over $150+ and the next day I woke up from sleep my body starting to allergic when the doctor who checked me that night didn't checked fully. I blame no one for it. I went back the day after and see the doctor and simply just paid additional $25 for the medicine. Terribly, the doctor who I visited the day after has a bad attitude and even told me that he is a doctor, he knows what to do when I am trying to ask if it is a allergy or not. Well... 6/10 I would say. Good clinic because it is 24 hours open.

The worst possible experience I've had so far. The doctor was nonchalant and didn't even bother to try checking what my rashes could be except to generalize it as allergy. Like rashes only coming out at night, but disappear during the day is allergic reaction? Allergic to what, he does not know. It would have been fine trying to do certain diagnostic but just kept on asking me questions which was the sole reason I went to the clinic. I felt like I paid $156 for nothing, given cream and anti-histamine tabs, I had to purposely travel out from home to the clinic. Look, if I know you guys would have just given antihistamine, I wouldnt even thought of going to the clinic. What a disappointment! First and last.

P/S: I went at 4am (4 Mar '17), because I couldn't sleep due to the rashes. And this is what I got from the doctor. Should have note down the doctor's name...

I had a wound at my finger and doctor done even help to remove my bandage and I need to remove it myself. After saw my wound then they say they run out of the medicine. OK it's still fine. Then I just ask them to help to bandage my wound but the doctor don't even dare to touch my wound and just simply put a bandage on it and tape it. Sincerely what kind of Doctor is that. Can he still consider a doctor???

I visited this clinic for wound treatment after I fell from a bicycle. Service was fast and professional. Also very convenient that this clinic is open 24h even during public holiday.

Sent my 4 year old son to this clinic in Jurong West for constipation. We were given a piece of Dulcolax (10mg) after less than 3 mins of consultation. Guess what... we were charged $76.50 in total. $70.00 just for the consultation which I feel is on the high side. Just a note for those who are not covered by insurance or your employer.
