The service was good and the room was comfortable. The foodclub also provides excellent food. Moreover, i like the gym and the swimming pool.

Nice place to stay! Cozy and clean room. A lil bit disapointed by broken remote control so I have to stand beside the tv to change the chanels, but it's okay.

The room was dirty.. a lot of dirty spot on the wall, prepare to sleep with ants, toilet is dirty surely will not come back.

Supposedly a new hotel but only the design comfirms that. Poor maintenance is shown by wall conditions in the room, hot water not working, and a bit smelly bathroom. Sleeping quality is not so good as the mattress is a bit hard, unless you love hard mattresses. Check in process is fast and easy. There is nothing interesting in the area, since it's a bit outskirt of city center. Room size is better than competitors. Price is cheap for a 3 star hotel, but you get what you are paying for. Is not necessarily bad if you are not a luxury traveller and just wanna find a place to crash.

Untuk fasilitas yang ada di dalam hotel agak kurang lengkap ya
Karena kebetulan booking 3 ruangan dan semua fasilitas beda2 ada yg sandal nya hanya ada 1 padahal dikamar lain ada 2 ada yang telepon tidak bisa dipakai dikamar tertenturesponse / report this review -

utk kmr hrg 300rban msh worth it lah, krn sdh include BF 2 pax + indoor swimming pool & parkir yg lumayan luas. Walaupun kebersihannya msh krg bgt, sprei bau apek. Kmr mandi krg bersih, bantal cuman 2 kecil2 lg. Kalah jauh dgn Alimar & Citihub Group yg bantalnya gede2 & byk bgt, blm lg agak jauh dr pusat kota. Sesuai dgn namanya, Hill yg artinya bukit. Yg bikin kaget, ada tikus berkeliaran di atas plafon 😰 kolam renang dingin bgt airnya, agak gelap krn blm dinyalain lampunya. untung hrg makanan di cafenya terjangkau, jd bs dpt meja & kursi buat nunggu krn yg dkt kolam sdh penuh. Gym blm nyoba tp kyknya gak terlalu lgkp

Kamarnya bagus tp ndak terlalu besar, viewnya jg gak ada. Belum jam checkout, msh 1,5 jam lg sdh ditilpuni CS mulu sampe 2x
