This place is so cute and cozy. You can play with the cats here, as long as you buy food or drink here. Well, the foods are organic ingredients, so good for health.

I discovered this cafe walking down the street and being an animal lover I was interested in visiting the cats. There were several issues I had with the place. Firstly, I’d hope that the goal of having the cafe was to have cats that were once stray get the chance to be adopted by socializing with people when they have a snack/drink however it seems that the cats are there for entertainment only. I asked so many questions to which I got almost no information back. The employee there knows hardly anything about these cats like where they come from, if they are all for adoption, how old they are, how much it is to adopt them. To all these questions he told me to contact the owner of the cafe who lives in the Netherlands. The cats are all long hair Persian and angora which is not common in Asia. They seem like they are cats which were bred and then brought to the cafe to profit from. If they are for adoption there should be more information about each cat maybe a write up about their history and their personality! If they aren’t for adoption then to keep 14 cats (apparently there was once 20) in a 400 square foot room is insane and cruel! Also I found one cat to be ill and I asked him if he was sick to which the employee responded yes and then I asked is he going to bring it to the vet which he didn’t understand. I don’t want people to not visit the cats if it’s going to put their well being in jeopardy but I think the owner needs to reconsider what their goals are with the cafe and put the well being of the cats first! Animals are not ours to exploit or profit from!

After revisiting this coffee I was very disappointed. Tge cats don't look very healthy (eyes infected), thr room was not well maintained and everything looks already kind if dirty.

Would recommend if you enjoy "ok" coffee and cats which generally don't like to be touched much. The orange one in particular has some personal issues. Not too sure if he's had a troubled past, or what. (Coming from a cat person)

Perfect place for any cat lover as the cats are both friendly, sometimes playful and adorable! It is a cafe so they don’t serve meals but rather food snacks and drinks. The environment was kept clean and cool with a fan and there was no smell even with so many cats. The provide you with cat toys to interact and you can buy little snack packets (9K/4K each)for the cats. You will get a lot of attention from them when you do buy one as all the cats want a little nibble. Entrance only is (38K) but with a snack included it’s (48). If you haven’t eaten anything I would advise you to get two snacks and it’s (68K). Overall a great experience and a very nice hidden gem.

Cats are very friendly and fun to play with, over all it is a clean environment with lots of cats to play with, however don't come here with a empty stomach as the portions of food are very small as they are listed as snacks. Over all this is a great place to get a coffee and play with some cats, only down fall is the slightly high price (38K for entry alone and 48k for a snack + entrance).

Place is nice and tons of cats. Needs to order food in order to stay in the room but food is not the best but you are there to see the cats anyway so keep that in mind.

We loved the Cat Cafe! A nice quiet, chill, and cool temperature haven from the busy town. Staff was great, other visitors were great, cats were especially great, drinks were tasty. The cats seemed happy and well taken care of. One of the staff brushed one of the cats while we were there. Very nice place to unwind. Happy to see that the cats were treated well! Thanks Cat Cafe, I may have to come by again before I leave!

TL:DR : Stay away from their server Rocky (no name tag on him so could have been anyone)

The only thing good about this place is the kittens. I love cats way more than humans but I wouldn't go here again. The waiter was rude enough to ask us to pay upfront and literally blocking the entrance till we agreed to all order one dish each. And when they did not have 3 out of the 4 items the waiter asked us to order drinks or pay up 25000 IDR each for entering the restaurant. When we said we wanted food and not drinks his reply was "If you don't like the place, GET OUT!". Needless to say we gave him a piece of our mind and left. Lovely cats , psychopathic server encountered. Would love to spend time here if and when they decide to get rid of the psychopath.

This place is Lovely!!! I had a nice time with my boyfriend who's also a cat lover. Them (cats & bf) had fun playing and I sit and relax in a rainy afternoon there. You just have to follow the rules, but the staff is great!!

The staff were really great. There are rulrs about how to treat the cats and you have to wash your hands on and put on slippers. You pay by ordering anything off their affordable menu. However we felt that the cats' well-being was not top of mind because there was no visitor limit. Also, if you're worried about food cleanliness, the kitchen is not separate and cats do wander in.

I was really looking forward to this place and have read the great reviews so I had high expectations.

As soon as we walked in we knew it was going to be strange. After we walked up the stairs, one man comes up and just kind of stared at us. We had to actually say "oh hello, we just came to see the cats haha". *nervous laughter galore*.

Well it was like visiting a sick baby in the hospital. We have to take off our shoes, wash our hands and were given a rule book about how to engage with the cats. Funny :)

Once we got inside it was so incredibly HOT and humid I felt like I was suffocating in there. There was no aircon or fan and we started sweating as soon as we got inside. It must have been 40+ degrees in there. The poor cats were all just laying around. They probably had heatstroke.

We wanted to get a drink just to be polite but my mother started feeling horribly sick from the heat and could not stay there any longer.

It was a very awkward place. There was no music or any atmosphere, and it was just like one big room. The cats were not overly friendly - one was even hissing at me lol. However some were nice but would bite you a little bit.

We might have come at the wrong time of day.

It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience and I wouldn't go back.

Perfect if you are traveling and missing your cats back home! You have to order something to go in, the cheapest thing is like 10k but most things are 25-50k. The cats are friendly and they have toys for you to play with them! You can also buy treats to give them!
