Good showroom so the costumers can imagine and decide how the product looks like when applied in their homes or villas. Maybe work more on the staffs, they should have a certain standard for work and service to costumers. A simple hello would have suffice.

As a customer they need to change the attitude of the employes. Knows the product, inform the customer is few thing that they should do.

Pelayanan ramah, salesnya juga bisa menjadi consultan yang bagus. lebih bagus ditingkatkan lagi, terutama untuk pelayanan agar lebih terstruktur.

I went to Casa Uma on 13th of May 2016 with 63 years old my father. But they didnt have any service standard. They didnt even say hello, or offering us their products. Are they dont have product knowledge? Why Casa Uma management hire kind of that person? Shame!!
Why did you do that to loyal customer like us which is always bought our Villas interior in your shop? From that day, I will never ever spent any cents of my money there.response / report this review -
