Karpet musholla di trans studio kok bau apek ya, is it me? is it you? say it's us and I'll agree baby. Jadi gagal fokus ibadahnya kan.. Good place to hang with family especially kids. Kids love them expensive stuff. Banyak kids jaman now pacaran di trans studio, selalu awasi anak anda. Lantai bawah tempat belanja baju dan groceries, quite average.

The donuts look lovely i want to buy some but theyre not covered over and many people walk passed covering them in germs and dust..its not good health Hygiene..but i enjoy shopping there and the parking is easy.

One stop shopping destination which offer many items. The price is middle up. But, sometimes there are discount for particular items. Very crowded parking area (esp. Bike park), bad parking system also.

A mall, or more accurately a large supermarket, that has many dining options, cafes, a play area, and a cinema. This mall is a common place for families to gather and play especially during the weekend. When the mall is packed, traffic in front in mall could be ugly, better take an Uber if you don't want to hassle yourself with the weirdest mall parking system I've ever seen. Instead of fully integrated with the mall building, the carpark building is completely separated from the mall. For instance, when you park on the third storey, you will have to walk and climb down the stairs (yeah stairs, no elevator) until the first storey then enter the mall. This may pose problem for people with accessibility issue and those who have so many items to carry.

Tempatnya asik.
Konsep belanja yang baru buat di surabaya
.
Lantai 1 sebagian besar tempat makan.
Lantai 2 dan 3 Transmart.
Lantai 4 Trans Studio mini dan XXI

Kekurangannya :
- Pembayaran di Transmart masih antri panjang
(apalagi waktu terakhir kali ke sini ada kejadian customer yang memaksa kasir untuk melayani pembelian rokok bukan dari antrian tapi dari pintu keluar, akhirnya dilayani kasir dan si kasir diberi tip oleh customer tersebut, ya Bukan salah kasirnya juga sich)
- AC kurang dingin
- Toilet kirang bersih
- Lahan parkir terbatas
- Variasi permainan di Trans Studio Mini kurang banyak
- Studio XXI nya kecil-keci

It’s more like a one stop service for all you needed. They have supermarket, cafe, restaurant, cinema and playgrounds for kids. For the supermarket itself, it’s huge. I love the fresh produce section, it has so many options. I’m not really sure about the price because I wasn’t the one who shopped in the supermarket. The staffs all friendly and polite. It was a great first experience. Will definitely come back later.
Recommended for family and all ages.

With plentiful selection of food and beverages, sure it is a nice place to hang out. With an indoor playground, sure it is a joyful place to have fun. But I really not recommend their hypermarket. If you are to shop for your daily needs, I would recommend a better bargain at a hypermarket just a few kilometers south.

if you want to eat, play, and watch movie with families and friends, I recommend this place.

But if you just want to go shopping, it doesn't have so many options.

I love their mini trans studio. It's like my own dreams when i was a child coming true. It's interior is really gorgeous.

Many good quality restaurant in here. It's make me simple for refreshing. Except that there are no lift from the third parking area to mall building. It's very tiring 😥

My son love the play station so much. It's very suitable for kids between 2-7 years. I'm not recommend coming to this play station at public holiday since it's very crowd then become so dirty. So many people sit on the floor, not comfortable to move around.

Keren.. Bagus.. Lengkap.. Tapi sayamg lift cuma satu, jadi kalo kelar nonton XXI malem.. Begitu transmart udah tutup, kita harus pake lift yg 1 itu.. Tunggu 3x putaran, baru bisa naik lift buat turun ke lantai 1

An all in one weekend destination package in Surabaya Timur. Good place to spend weekend with family. The restaurants are cozy, mostly delicious, many affordable snack stalls. Unfortunately, the parking lot doesn't has elevator so we have to use stairs to reach the entrance. Oh, and they have cinema too.

Good for shopping groceries, but if u have mega cc. The food options quite good. Its a place for family that have children. They can shop groceries, eating and bring children to play at one time. Have XXI with lowest HTM among the others XXI.

The biggest supermarket in town. It has good area which on a whole first floor, a large playground, and a cinema. The parking lot is big.

Love this place, small but has a lot of choices, roller coasters, claw machines, train, swings, and some toy machine that my little brothers love it too 😚

You need to use a transmart card to play everything in here, and the card is different to what you can use in trans studio (I thought it was the same,hehehe)

Good place to find good groceries and many things you want, good beverages, food, clothing, and electronics needs. You can play in the indoor theme park too. Even it has not really good parking management but it's ok.

Masukan untuk transmart untuk di setiap bidang.. 1.tidak memikirkan jauhnya dan lelahnya jika anak kecil dan orang usia lanjut lewat tangga tidak ada lift dari parkiran ke pusat perbelanjaanbanyak keluhan lelah dari orang banyak
2. Tempat masuk dan kluar mobil menyebabkan BottleNeck (penyempitan jalur) karena mobil-mobil yg mau masuk dan mau kluar (pulang) tumpuk jadi 1 di pintu yg sama mengakibatkan macet
3. Penataan sisi barang dan eskalator ribet terlalu berputar
4. Penataan lantai untuk fashion dan bahan makanan yg dijadikan satu lantai
5. Sistem kasir tidak disediakan per lantai dan harus turun naik jika ingin membayar tidak efisien

Horrible Traffic jam!!! 1hour just to look for parking lot! And from the 3rd floor parking area, there is no elevator, just stairs! Deffinetly not for old people to bring your own car. Taxi will be good option.
