I prefer the old Carrefour which carried a whole bunch of imported goods. This one doesn't carry anything that's useful for western standard. Even the vegetables and fruits are often no longer fresh. There are a lot of items that I used to be able to buy here in the old Carrefour, but is not longer available with Transmart. Very disappointing.

Modern and middle scale hypermarket compared to just "carrefour", better layout and interior design, there are also some branded cosmetics and fashion apparels available. Yet, this all comes with higher price tags

One of the biggest Carrefour in Jakarta. Clean & newly renovated room, new trolley (made from plastic). But always crowded & long queu. One of the best outlets if you compared to other Carrefour outlets. But compared to other supermarkets are still quite expensive especially if you dont use a Mega credit card.

Still the only large-sized supermarket around the area which supposed to relate to lower overall prices compared to supermarkets. However the gross floor area has been reduced to the decision to part the supermarket into cosmetic, mobile phone, clothes and a bakery owned by the same group.

High pitch: Sell many products. But for delivery service is bad.
Even customer service couldn’t keep in touch with driver. No information or confirmation about estimate delivery time. Everyone have their own schedule but how come they setup delivery time by themselves without consider customer’s availability time? Everyone is busy!! Not all customer have a whole day just to wait for delivery!! Please improve the delivery SOP!!

After changing to Transmart, the entrance is forcing us to pass by the fashion or electronic area, even most people just need to buy groceries. The place become so small in groceries, so people are often stuck by the trolley everywhere. The corridor is too small.

So difficult to get small basket. There is no exact location to get it. It should be on entrance just like the trolley. Now they don't have a quick cashier for people who only bought small amount groceries in basket. So disappointed.

About the completeness, they almost sell famous groceries that people usually use. Even the import one. But I can say it's not complete at all. For example, they are lack variation of Indomie flavor, frozen food such as nugget, cookies & biscuit, snack. Transmart nowdays is little bit disappointed than Carrefour before.

Not so complete item. The sign of each section not to clear. Fresh food and vegetable. Hate the queue in the cashier. No difference in basket cashier and trolley cashier.

If you're looking for gluten free stuff, you will find not much.. otherwise broad offer of spices and sauces, and just like any other big carrefour.

I was waiting for a film at CGV Cinema and went here to buy cake. I only had 15 minutes for shopping, then I decided to ask the servant where are cakes placed. The first boy said that he knew nothing, so did the 2nd one. I was pretty confused to find cakes quickly and the servant did not help. Basically I was pretty upset. I managed to get some doghnut but the price was extremely expensive.

Used to be one of the best hypermarket in the country, but now turn into just huge supermarket. Confusing alley's signage, merchandise displayed by maximising space utilization without considering shoppers' convenience. Pricing try to be lower in some categories but higher in another. Long queue in the cashiers add up the inconvenience.

I swear this is the worst place ever. Honestly guys, there are more better supermarket than this one. I went to this place today with 2 of my friends, i just got back from school and i brought some backpack. Because when they call they said like "you're just a school kid" i honestly think that he would actually say like "you can't buy anything, you don't have money". I wish that the manager know that the security insulted me and my friends. I never been humiliated than this, not to be rude or sth i would never go to this place, nor will i ever suggest anyone to go to this place.
