Small area of temples located at Dieng Plateau, can be an alternative places to visit in Dieng.
There are 4 small temples which is used by locals to have some kind of festival once a year. We can still find the incense or offerings laid out inside the temple.
Small area, so can be completed in 15-30 min as no other objects can be found.

Historic place, cold weather 14oC when I was there at night. Crowd enough. A lot of merchandise , famous coffe called “ Purwaceng” for 10.000 idr ready to drink , said can increased stamina for man , make powerfull in bed 🤦‍♂️. Potato field arround

Great vibes, peaceful weather, and everything nice. This temple might not be as grand as the other great temples, but this temple surely has the best landscape design with many greeneries and is very well taken care of.

It's a regular temple which still on its restoration. The scenery is wonderful. I could see hills and mountains from below. There are beautiful flowers planted here, also the grass is green and so soft. It's great for family picnic.

The food stalls not always open on a regular day. They mostly open on holiday or weekend. But you may not afraid of hunger, because this site is near restaurant or another tourist attractions.

I've visited this temple for four times. Free entry, no parking fees. But on the last time i visited, they asked people to pay a ticket (Rp 20.000). I don't know if it was because new year day (i visited it on Jan 1st) or they just changed the regulation about ticketing.

This temple also connected with another temples (i don't remember the names). So if you want to enter another temple (for free), just dress as the local people and get inside from the backdoor on a regular day. Best if you visit the temple around 3-5 pm, so you can enjoy the sunset.

There is no toilets here, so if you need to go to the toilet, drive to the nearest mosque.
You often smell some unpleasant smell, i don't know if it was come from fertilizers, drainage, or just gas from the crater. So always bring mask.

Pemandangan indah di dataran tinggi Dieng, membuat saya tidak pernah bosan ke sini.
Ketika pagi dan cuaca cerah, keindahan candi arjuno seolah menyeruak diantara hijau kebun, dan langit biru yang indah.
Akses menuju komplek Candi Arjuna sangat mudah, bila kedatangan dari arah Wonosobo, masuk ke wilayah Dieng, langsung ambil jakur ke kanan sekitar 500 m, belok kiri ada penunjuk arah yang jelas.
Ketika musim kemarau, pemandangan sekeliling Candi sangat indah, butiran embun yang putih diantara dedaunan pinus dan sarang laba2 seperti kristal ketika sinar matahari mengenai butiran embun pagi. Penataan tanaman juga indah, sehingga oengunjung tidak bosan menikmati keindahan alam sekitar Candi Arjuno

Suppose I chose the wrong time to visit this place because it was quite packed. I was searching for a guided tour but I can't find any (?) - not really sure - also some of the 'candi' were being renovated during my visit. But still, the ambience of the place with panoramic view in the surrounding was worth it.

Nice to pass by, scenery is beautiful but temple not so much after visiting Borobudur and Prambanan. But buy the combined ticket with the Sikidang crater, that makes it worthwhile.

It's one of temple in Dieng. As there are a lot of temple like this, you can literally walk few meters and found another temple. But this one definitely is being taken care of. Other temples are not that lucky, or even intact. The complex is not that big, but clean and well maintained.
