  You can use this service to go from medan to siantar or to parapat. It costs 55K IDR. In one car usually brings 6 to 7 people. Don't worry, they also have double decker bus that can bring more people in high season.

  Beware! Especially for taxi services to parapat, they will scam you along the way to drop you off at siamtar.
  
  Also the driver drives like his life isnt worthit! Also if you have extra luggage they try to overcharge you as well

  My go to place to send packages. Delivery fee per package is 35k. Recently they added new destination to send package to Dolok Merangir (an area before Siantar) which makes my life easier since i often send packages to my brother living there.
  The customer service handling the package is not that kind, though. One time my brother ask about when the package will arrive, the customer service said "it'll be arrive so stop bothering me, i have so much work to do!"
  I wish they do their job professionally.

  The air conditioner in the vehicle is sucks its a fan instead. I dont recommend this as a good public transport.

  It's too bad you don't have a lot of options from Kualanamu to Siantar. Service average and they have to stop before the airport regardless of your time limit.
  Experienced vehicle with poor AC once and it is hot.

  Waktu keberangkatan tdk konsisten. Kalau ditanya ke loket tiket selalu jawabannya 20mnt lagi. Tp saya pernah menunggu hampir 2 jam

  karena sudah menang merek, jadi kualitas pelayanannya berkurang. seharusnya smakin dikenal orang, semakin ditingkatkan pelayanannya. terutama untuk yang jaga loket. tolong senyum dikit kak, sayang wajah cantiknya jadi kelihatan seram.

  Sungguh tidak layak lagi lokasi nya
  Karna armadanya semakin banyak
  Di tambah lagi posisi nya di tengah2 kota
  Dan bersebelahan dengan sebuah spbu
  Sehingga kendaraan yang datang dari arah yuki simpang raya dan keluar masuk dari spbu jadi macet
  Apabila bus paradep sedang menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang
  Berapa besar ya sumbangsi nya kepada dinas perhubungan dan kepolisian
  Kok bisa aman aman saja????

  Transportasi Medan - Siantar - Medan yang diarmadai oleh mobil MPV, minibus, bus hingga double decker. Beroperasi sejak dini hari hingga larut malam (sebagian mengatakan kalau armada selalu ada dan siap 24 jam) dan biasanya baru Alan pergi kalau sudah cukup penumpang. Harga per penumpang/mobil/minibus Rp 55.000 (tidak tahu kalau bus). Bisa dijemput/diantar ke rumah kalau tidak terlalu jauh dari pool/terminal Paradep, kalau terlalu jauh dikenakan biaya tambahan. Umumnya selalu ramai dengan penumpang dan akan lebih ramai di waktu akhir pekan/libur.
