  It's easy to take the cpc. Initially it was difficult to communicate with the finance, but when it was confirmed to the call center. Alhamdulillah, the process and the path for taking the CPC were explained. I was promised 5 days to collect the CPB, 4 days I was able to receive the CPB of my vehicle.
