I would consider XXI for a far better experiences inside outside.

Snacks? Came with 2 childs. And we have to hold ourself our own fries since no take away package option avail. They should go try to compare with XXI. Please

The studio? The name Audi does not came the same as the car brand. Its just a short name of Auditorium. Watching a marvel movie and i dont have the 3D bass feels. Nor the surround. Its base on my opinion as a 6 years experiences pro DJ in the 90's. Where check sound is a daily routine.

The rest room. They still use door with handle! And theres a lot people skip the sink to wash their hands after doing their business and directly touch the handle to open the door. I have to open the door with my pinky finger, so i can feel innocent to eat my fries later.

The good thing with them is, you can buy ticket and snacks directly online. Emmm is it?

Its an ok cinema. Not the best. When i came thwy only had 1 counter open and 2 self ticketing machine.

CGV branch in Mall of Indonesia.
Not as big as the one in Grand Indonesia.
But this is big enough.
The seats are not comfortable like in the new CGV has renovated.
Like Bella Terra Lifestyle Center for example.
The system in their pc for buying tickets 75% error.
Thats the cons too.

Bad service kasir di Satin Class ketika ditanya apakah ada promo menggunakan Mandiri Prioritas dan di jawab tidak ada. Setelah kita complain bahwa kita ada info tertulis dari Bank Mandiri baru si Mbak bilang ada. Apakah jika ada promosi dari bank akan mengurangi gaji dari kasir di CGV MOI, mohon pihak CGV mentraining karyawan nya dengan benar dan memberikan pelayanan yang baik

Long queue on offline ticketing (because of mixed cashier for ticketing and F&B)

Seats are the worst, i got a seat that somewhat pointed down so i was sliding down all the time along the movie. Of course it's really uncomfortable!

CGV mall of indonesia, Great range of movies especially with special event during movie special festival, offers movies that are not eligible in any other cinema. great choices of movie experience such 4DX and Velvet. great service, easy online ticketing with affordable price. the seat is not quite comfortable comparing to other competitior.

I like the theme & the design & always love their not so mainstream movie choices. I don't like MoI, so there's that. Also, my favorite CGV will always be the one in PVJ Bandung.

Great cinema with numerous theater. This branch is one of the biggest CGV. It has 4DX screen too. Been renovated for several times, and it's getting better and better! Too bad they don't have TLJ store here like some other branches

Love it. Love that this place is not over crowded. Cheap on weekdays.

Should try the 4DX on action movies with lots of elements (water, wind, smell), quite expensive, but its worth it once in a while.

Should try the Velvet too, nice to watch with someone you are close with, family or friends. The unique thing is they use bed instead of normal seats. You pay per bed (for 2 person), make sure you have even number of person.

The name has been changed to "CGV" now. Used to have the biggest screen in Kelapa Gading, but not anymore now since there is IMAX already in another place in Kelapa Gading. However the plus point here is that there is a 4DX theater here. There is also Velvet Class. :D

i thinks this place not enough maintenance here. because some place is so dirty, dark, and not comfort for waiting cinemax open. and also so little chair for waiting. but if you look new studio here so amazing. so good, sounds so good nice. because they're studio is new.

It's a great cinema, especially Audi 1 (it's the largest). Located in the 2nd floor of MOI, it gets very quite down there. MOI itself not a very crowded shopping center, but the cinema is even worse. But that's what I love watching movie in CGV, I can always get my tickets and no queue.

Good cinema with fair price. Audi 1 is the biggest here with the biggest screen in the north of Jakarta (not included IMAX). Some Audi has poor sound, but it's ok.

Chairs are getting a bit uncomfortable in some smaller theatres, maybe they haven't replaced it since they opened. Movies are often started later than scheduled.
