  Bumi menteng asri sangat strategis berada di tengah kota Bogor. Riwayat berdirinya bma tdnya tanah ini milik kemenkes yg dikuasai RS.jiwa pusat Bogor (skg bernama RS.Dr.Marzoeki Mahdi ) dimohon oleh karyawan rsj untuk dijadikan perumahan pegawainya dan disetujui oleh depkes (kemenkes) dan perumahan bma ini diresmikan oleh Menkes dr.Adyatma. Dengan nama jalan yg berbau kesehatan. Yakh..walaupun akhirnya karyawannya mendapat jatah tanah dibelakang sdgkan yg strategis di area depan dibangun buat rumah yg bertype besar (real estete)sdgkan jatah karyawan ada di belakang dibangun rumah yg dibayar lewat BTN Bogor
