Terug naar de natuur, simpel hotel maar redelijk uniek gelegen door het uitzicht. Bobi en Vicki bieden veel gastvrijheid. Een paar (lig)stoelen her en der zouden het comfort verbeteren.

Das Hill Resort ist ein traumhafter Ort, das Personal ist mehr als freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen wird zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr gut ausgebildeter Biologe und kann zu jeder Tierart Auskünfte geben. Das Gesamtkonzept des Resorts mit Snake-rescue und Dschungeltrekking ist sehr gut durchdacht und stimmig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine tolle Aussicht. Das Hill Resort besticht durch seine Lage und den bauartbedingten Charme. Wir hatten die Zeit unseres Lebens im Resort und auf dem vom Chef organisierten Dschungeltrip. Keiner unserer Wünsche blieb unberücksichtigt. Die vermittelten Guides waren allesamt hervorragend ausgebildet und kompetent.
Wir werden definitiv wieder hier zu Gast sein.response / report this review -

The Hill Resort with all its employees is only to recommend! Bobi and his team are very helpful and open to your wishes. They care about the jungle and animals and are reliable guides for the jungle treks in Gunung Leuser Park.
The jungle lodge is beautiful built and has a wonderful view over Bukit lawang and the jungle. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is simple and modern. There is wifi and if you have a national sim card there is also 4G. The fresh food and the fruit juices were the best i had in whole of indonesia.
All in all only to recommend if your interested in Eco tourism and jungle trekking.
