For the first time I stay in Bromo park hotel and I choose Deluxe room. The pillow is very comfortable. The staff is friendly. The menuof breakfast is very complete. I'll be back in Bromo park hotel next trip. Thank you team.

This hotel has serious safety issues. I was locked outside the balcony for around 2 h screaming for help to the people down in the street before the hotel staff got to the balcony's door to open it. I demanded another room in the reception and the balcony's door was also broken. When I got to talk to the manager, she said that I was not the first customer in this situation. It seems that for this hotel staff and manager having customers being locked outside the balcony due to broken doors locks it is the most natural thing in the world! Really?

Stays here for two nights and I had to dealt with banging noise outside my room. The windy season make the TV antenna keeps banging when the wind blow. Hotel staff was offered me substitute room but sadly it's only available in twin bed. The room itself is so spacious, so does the bathroom. Restaurant menu is incredibly tasty and various menu served here. The food price quite cheap also. Trully a recommended hotel in town. Definitely will come here again in some other time.

Nice hotel located in the center of probolinggo. You can see probolinggo from the balcony of your room. Since probolinggo is a crowded city, sometimes you can hear noises, so this hotel iw not for you who want to relax and have calm atmosphere.
When you check in, the receptionist will give you welcome drink coupons that you can use for that day till 10 pm, but we didn't use our coupons because we were too lazy to go to the restaurant 😄. The room was nice and clean. They design the wall like bromo mountain in silhuet. The shower was also very good, strong water and refreshing.
Although the name of the hotel is bromo park hotel, but it is far from bromo mountain 😄, so we decided to move to a homestay that was closer to bromo.
It was so hot in probolinggo and the hotel doesnt have any pool. It will be better if they have 😁. The hotel offers room dining with various menu. They also can arrange a tour to bromo if you want it, but of course with bit expensive price 😁. We decided to arrange our own bromo tour to be more adventurous 😂😅.
The hotel is so close to many shopping centers. You just need to walk a bit and you can find everything 😀 cause it is in the middle of the city.
The parking lot is so wide.
The breakfast was great. They had many kinds of foods and drinks. They made good egg salted fish 👍
The restaurant also so relaxing and had romantic vibes 😊. A good place to enjoy your food.

A good modern hotel with friendly staff. In the center of Probolinggo. Busy street but you don't feel that inside. The room was good. Even had a small balcony.
I liked the breakfast.
Would be nice of they had a pool to cool down.

The room was nice and the bed is very comfortable. The only thing is the hotel is infested with red ants. We had food in one of our bags and hundreds of ants were crawling in the room when we came back a couple of hours later. Even when we switched rooms to another floor, we kept finding ants coming out of the walls.

Tempatnya strategis..
Dekat mana manaaa..
Sukakk..
Makannya enak.. Sarapan boleh dibawa ke kamar.. Pelayanannya lumayan baik dan cepat. Kebetulan saya berlibur bersama keluarga dan puas semua..
Kelas eksekutif hanya 3 kamar dan luas Nyaman buat anak anak lari2.. Hehhe..
Kurangnya belom ada kolam renang.. ✌

The bed is very cushy, I love it! The air conditioner is working smoothly too, and the room is big.

You could see the Mountain Bromo too, although small. There is a supermarket nearby, if you want to buy snacks. The restaurant provides Chinese food. The breakfast is pretty limited, but it is good.

Overall, great!

This could be a 4-star-hotel in my opinion.

Nice Hotel,The room was clean and AC was blowing cold, The bed is very comfortable. The room TV and programming is good ,good sized bathroom.

Nice rooms, very modern. Got a food poisoning from the hotel restaurant and spent the night on the toilet so be careful. Staff was always friendly but it was hard to organize a tour to bromo in time as their driver was very busy and apparently they had no alternatives.

Arguably the best hotel in Probolinggo. Decent, clean, spacious interior. Parking lot is huge and all have roof (one section in basement and in front of lobby).

Room is clean, huge bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Decent amenities.

Too bad the parking lot in basement is kind of dirty (I saw trash and rats trap everywhere). Proof of rat I see is the unfinished leftover food near my car that wasn't there at night when I parked it. The wind also blow super strong, my car doors 3-4 times forcedly opened by the strong wind.

Breakfast is good. Taste ok, and enough variant.

All in all, will be back if I have to transit again near Probolinggo.

Restonya sangat buruk, the resto worse.. U know i wait so long for waiting 4 rice, lemon chicken and cap jay, pelayanan buruk masa sampek harus salah nyasar cari meja pelayannya and the worse part i wait almost 2 hour

There's a lot room for improvements. Your dim sum is a good one. Other food which I recommend will be chicken kung pao and the fried seafood with salt and chilli. They're the best food you can obtain here. Your service is still far from good though.. Trully a regretful stuff for the good foods here.. I DO agree with jakes opinion about your steak. It's a horrible food.

Probably the best hotel in town. Feels brand new. Superior room around 500-600,000 rp depending if u book thru an app. Beds are super comfy and quiet. Food is all Chinese menu, fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly and prefessional. Will stay again.

The bedrooms are comfortable and the beds are great. The WiFi connection is very slow and definitely needs an upgrade. Their food is good,but don't expect your steak to be done to perfection. The laundry services are poor. The hot is centrally located in town and close to most shops.

The BEST thing in this hotel is the BED, very comfort and feel fresh when you awake, the room rate is start from IDR 538k. The restaurant just have chinese food in speciality. Located at center of the city make you easy to access anything. This hotel provide local tour also, with reasonable price.

Nice new hotel near songa adventure rafting (1hr drive). It was rather new, some facilities are not available in the room. They do not have a tele list, i do not know how to call their help desk to ask for hair dryer, neither do i know how to call my friends who are staying a few rooms away.
