Excellent! I just finished my divemaster course here, and the experience was great. I came in wanting to lessen new skills and well as improve on skills. The team took me under their wing and have me the hell I needed to 'become a pro'. I highly recommend this dive shop. Also, the givv is great. It's super cool noo party vibe with an incredible beach! They have sunset volleyball which brings together staff, locals diver and non divers. It's really great

We checked in at 1pm and went on our first dive at 2pm and wow, what an experience. We liked it so much that we already booked 2 dives tomorrow. ;)
Room is actually pretty decent and very convenient to have it with the dive shop. Service is friendly, knowledgeable and the dive mastrt was able to see things that we weren't able to pick up with our own eyes.
The on-site restaurant is okay but luckily there's tons of others nearby.response / report this review -

The treatment was really bad, from the manager to the waiter that were racists towards my mother and I.
As an answer to the the owner,i'm re editing my review.
I came for 2 breakfasts in your hotel,the quality of the "espresso coffee" wasn't good,same for the pancakes.
I was discussing about that trip with some friends that wanted to visit that very beautiful Island to dive and discover it,and just remembered the treatment received by your staff.
While i waw showing the the different places on the map,I decided to give my opinion,and it is my right to give reviews on experiences that occured in the past, and affected me.
That same person called herself "ALIBABA" when i simply asked her for her name,I have no reasons to give a fake name or racist appelation to a humble waiter victim of the colonial mentality,which is unfortunate.
When i complained about the treatment of the waiter towards my mother and I and compared it to a couple of Caucasians that i called "white people",The consumer service representative started explaining to me that we do not call Caucasians white people,while this is how many friends of mine from European countries,Americans,Australians,and north africans(from where i'm from)call themselves,even the mainstream media use the word "white" to describe or illustrate caucasian people,with all the respect that i have for them,and any other races/ethnicities.
Your answers from the beggining proved that you are the racist person, from the emails to the "face to face" conversation, when i elaborated on the issue,mister "ALIBABA" suddenly became very respectful,which means that he understood his mistake,while the person to who i talked there,was very arrogant and rude towards me,and, also asked the waiter that called himself "ALIBABA" to join us in a very brutal way,so you've already proved the respect that you have for the locals and gave us a beautiful lesson of humility and respect towards your clients and the locals.
Thank you for your whises, have a pleasant stay in Indonesia too.

Did the Open Water Dive certification with a great instructor, Orlando. Everything went smoothly and I was done within my planned time. This area is great for learning, warm calm water and beautiful underwater scenery.

Excellent service, room, pool, and grounds. Great place to stay on the island. Snorkeling right off the beach from the resort. In a word, perfect.

This is the newest of the Blue Marlin group. The equipment was either new or in good condition and the staff were friendly and professional. We did a double tank dive to Shark Point and Shallow Turbo and our guide pointed out plenty of marine life including a White Tip Reef Shark.
There were a couple of points to note. The return headcount wasn't done until after the 2nd dive and our guide disappeared when we got back to the centre before doing our log books. The other staff were able to call him back though. Would definitely dive with them again.response / report this review -

Highly recommended - couldn't recommend enough!
ORLANDO was very informative and genuine - not pushy at all - which made us want to do a dive with Blue Marlin rather than the other places on the island. Our instructor FAREEZ was brilliant, very professional and relaxed (making us feel at ease). We had a thorough teaching session in and out of the pool before going on the most incredible dive of the Meno Wall.
The whole experience was amazing, we just wish we had more time on the island to do our PADI/a few more dives! If you want to feel safe in the hands of dive instructors who care not only about your safety but the welfare of the ocean and inhabitants, we would completely recommend Blue Marlin Dive. Vegan burger is bomb! Great place to sip on smoothies while enjoying the beach beds. Staff is not pushy and super friendly!

Great team and diving! I did a refresher and 3 fun dives and they have a great operation going. They are also eco friendly (no plastic bottles, free refills, bamboo straws etc). The manger was also amazingly helpful with helping us plan our next diving adventure!

I did my Advanced Open Water with Blue Marlin a few weeks ago, and in the end so did one of my friends, another did a Discover Scuba Dive followed by a full Open Water and my wife did a couple of fun dives. We all had excellent instructors and the equipment and the facilities were excellent. I got the impression the center is involved in the local community, cares for and knows its marine environment, and is committed to good teaching and providing underwater adventures. We have some great memories and lovely pictures, not to mention some more stamps in the dive books. The proximity of the reef (furthest site being 25 mins away!) means that the boat makes 3 single trips per day, so you can choose what trips suit your timings and the dive sites you are interested in which is a really good idea (n.b. maybe I saw 1 or 2 other dive centers on the island do this, but many seemed to only do 2 dives).

I booked two dives with them. Hendra, a local instructor, is funny and smart. He made me feel safe as I am not very experienced and been kinda nervous.
The second dive was also good. The instructor just got called-in on short notice so briefing was very short. In the end, we all had fun and I would book a fun dive with them again.
Equipment looked new and was included, nothing to complain.response / report this review -
