The food is very poor and the service so bad. Not recommended.

The hotel has sea view, and a public pool, but is quite noisy because of the pool is opening until late at night, kids are shouting, staffs playing music for the pools or restaurant (idk)

Not very luxurious, but a good place for a very low price. At the moment, there's a renovation going on so the rooms will definitely have a better, fresher look in the future. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool available as well as resort-like "backyard" with an amazing sea view and a small playground for the kids. If it wasn't for the lack of an actual beach, the hotel would get more stars.

Its undergoing renovation. Its upgrading. Currently i gave 3 stars because of the works but am sure will be 5 stars after that. Friendly staffs, safe environment, good swimming pool.

The place is good. but I recommend people not to come here. Here have only a swimming pool.
Hotel buffy breakfast Manu's may have total 5 items. In this resort you get nothing for lunch or dinner except this 5 items Manu's, not even any sea food including.
You have to hire a car for lunch or dinner. It about 2-3 km.
Here have not a single place to see or do any activity near this place, even far far away. Here have not a single public beach even 35 km away(you have to pay to get entry this beach- white sand beach).
Better to go Bintan lagoon resort area. They may have some activity in beach areas.response / report this review -

Most room facilities are not well-equipped, no fridge, hair dryer, wifi not working in room. Room & toilet are rather old, but compatible with the price. Breakfast buffet has limited choice and doesn't replenish frequently. Hotel is currently under renovation, hopefully will be better in future.

Bintan beach resort has a very great view! The price is reasonable, also it has nice services. The room is good, clean, nice, and comfortable. I recommend you for the view, it feels like you are in Bali where it has private beach and great park in front of it. But, the hotel doesn't have lift, so you should take the stairs to 3rd floor. Overall, this place is great!

A good hotel for budget travelers. Got the standard room for IDR200.000/night. For a 3 stars hotel this is pretty cheap. But the lobby area is on renovation by the time I got there (April 22-25, 2017) so it's a little bit uncomfortable but overall the hotel is great

Pada saat ada acara wisuda STISIPOL Raja Haji di Hotel ini,saya ikut dan saya mengomentari tempatnya luas,ada kendaraan untuk berkeliling,tempatnya strategis dekat dengan Ramayana Tanjungpinang , Namun Conference Center nya kurang nyaman
