The best view hotel in Manado, even the elevator sucks but everything is okay.
Food is various, room is just enough, prayer room is claimed to be big scale.
So overall it's okay, this is asian tourist choise to stay.

Stay for 3 days, most disappointing stay ever.
The staff's very slow at checkin, as no smile on their face.
On the 2nd day they arent clean up the room.

Worst hotel ever, the price for deluxe Sea View room is nearly the same as Four points, but the room is much smaller and I would only rate it as a 2 star hotel. I was cheated by their photos, they are not match！Go to four points, never choose Deluxe sea view, it's really rubbish！

Very nice place for the price. Breakfast was good, but after 5 days, it's starting to get to be the same, dishes. Room is also very comfortable, although it's a new hotel some parts of the room looks worn down especially the bathroom, but the strong water pressure made up for it. Service is good, and as expected of this hotel. Overall 4 out of 5 rating from me.

Worst Hotel Ever. 10 floor,thousands guest, with just 2 elevators. When you difficult to access your rented room,all good services,hospitality,tasty menu and etc is bullsh*t. I got to stay in room 703 and it smells like sewer

Dishonest receptionist and managers. Tried to lie to us to give rooms on smoking floors and say that there is no difference between smoking and non smoking rooms. Hotel is severely under - staffed. Lift takes forever to serve the 12 storey hotel. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to ruin your vacation

This is a relatively new hotel in the town. Close to the bay, you can actually see the sea from your room. The room was tidy and neat-- Im missing my hotel slippers. I thought that's a standard for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was standard continental buffet with decent taste and service. Will definitely stay here again for next trip.

The hotel is quiet and not many people around which is a very good thing for me to relaxing away from the crowded city. Tho it's pretty far from the main road so if you don't own vehicles, it's probably gonna be a bit troublesome. The morning breakfast is the best. I had a great time, the meal tasted good and the view from the dine room, which was the ocean was a nice touch. I love it.
