Stayed there for over 8 days and it was a great experience. Great staff, always smiling. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast service. Even the trainee staff keeps you feeling that your money is well spent.

A bit pricey for a 3 star hotel. It's located on a narrow street a hundred meters away from the beach. Convenient store nearby. 10 mins walk to the nearest shopping mall, the Beach Walk. There's a lounge on the 5th floor, you will notice it when you open the door or your balcony, and it's loud

Everything was good except room & toilet size are smaller than any other hotels.I stayed with my family 5 nights but toilet privacy is poor due to its glass reflection.Toilet facilities should be improved. Otherwise good.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, about a minute walk from Kuta Beach. Rooms were cosy but provided everything needed and served a good night's sleep. Will be back again.

Extremely satisfied with the services and stay in Best western Kuta Beach. Located at 5 minutes walking distance from beach. All amenities are available nearby. Very friendly and professional staffs. Highly recommended.

I stayed along with my family members. The hotel is clean and management also good. I requested for some arrangement and the staff response was very prompt. But the size of the room was small a little bit which created little uncomfortable to move. But as a whole the environment was good for staying with family.

Only four! Its cheap, good, clean with a nice swimming pool on the roof. Really good restaurant! Just breakfast compare to the restaurant are not so nice! There are some small mistakes that they should repair but overall its really nice! Between main roads in Kuta 150 meters to the beach! Shop under the hotel. Its quiet in the night no muslim around!

Doors and corridors - consider 0 soundproof. So if you want to sleep - use earplugs. Breakfast is somewhat simple. Location is ok of course if you can stand Kuta as a concept. Good pool area though.

Good hotel. Good budget rooms. Breakfast menu is limited and get repeated. Lots of massage parlours around. And just 50 meters from beach. All amenities are close by. Pharmacy and a 24 hour supermarket.

Excellent budget hotel close to the beach, with lots of places around worth seeing. Staff are friendly and responsive. Only downside is the slightly small bathroom with glass walls, which is fine for couples but may be a problem for non-couples. Overall I am satisfied. Oh, by the way, awesome rooftop infinity pool with bar - great for a lazy afternoon!!!

Great location. Close to the beach, a large range of eateries around the hotel, shopping - informal and mall. Hotel has all the basic facilities required to make a vacation enjoyable. Staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean..serviced daily.

Food tastes good (soup tastes nothing but salt. Fish balado was so good. I love the green bean porridge, tastes great).

Strategic location, no more than 100 meters from the beach
Small room and windows can be opened easily, need extra attention if you stay here with children
Parking area isn't so spacious
Breakfast is okay, but restaurant location right beside the street. everybody can see the people activities in restaurant
Elevator with touchscreen, the buttons almost can't be seen if we get in from swimming pool on rooftop

Nothing wrong about the place, it's clean and well located. but you can really find equally nice hotels for 10 % of the price if you just go and ask backpackers. These hotels aren't on the internet!

Their staffs really take care of what you want. Very helpful. Positions wise, it's still OK as long as you have vehicle on your own. Spend a night only here, so I can't comment much But it is very tranquil and nice, except that the first running water is sandy and the hot water is not running well.

Small room. Location is not on the main road, so only 1 car can pass through at the same time. Standard breakfast. The only good things is location near Kuta beach, only 100 metres.

I love it here. The 2nd day, I told them that it's our wedding anniversary and they gave us a surprise cake. They could've make the room up but cos we're out that whole day they wouldn't dare come in to the room. They're all very polite and very helpful. Thank you Best Western Kuta Beach. Oh yeah this google pin is correct
