This was my second time in this restaurant in Bengkulu. Both times the service has been excellent as has the food. They are a coffee house so their specialty is coffee, both hot and cold with a very good selection of both. They have a good menu of both Indonesian and western food with a touch on German sausages. The food was excellent, my western dish was excellent and my Indonesian friend said likewise of his Indonesian food. Great ambiance, very low key with indoor and outdoor seating. I will most definitely return while in Bengkulu. A must to visit if you are a local or a visitor !

If you're looking for beer in this small city, Bengkulu, this is the place! Bintang, Reddler, and Guinness. The food and beverage are also good. The place is clean and nice. It has outdoor and indoor tables. The chicken burger, beef burger, and the pizza are very recommended. This place sells local coffee bean too!

They have a good selection of coffee beans, mostly are from indonesia. They also make good pizza. Overall, good price, good food, good taste in music. The owner are very friendly. The best place to hangout in bengkulu after 9pm

Bencoolen coffee house, just across from the historic British cemetery, dishing out standard traveler fare. It is a nice, simple and reasonably quiet coffee house and is also rather popular with expats. Housed in a tastefully renovated old building, the coffee house serves good Indonesian and European food. The menu ranges from nasi goreng (fried rice) to pizza, from tea to cold beer. Average taste of drink.

The coffee house also has outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi service. On weekend nights, the coffee house is packed with young locals. At the time of writing, the coffee shop doesn’t have a phone number to make a reservation over the phone.

Thanks to its friendly staff. Very pleased overall.

Locate across British Cemetery. Have a vintage atmosphere, with a lot old photographs of old Bengkulu hanging on the wall.
At first, i thought this cafe would have expensive price charging for the food. But, i was wrong. For the taste and quality of the food, i say the price is cheap.
Their good, polite, and exellent waiter/ress, ready to recommends the house speciality.
I higly recommend this place
