We stayed with them in the summer of 2019 for 5 days, it is a great property with private beach and their beach restaurant is amazing. Their Villas are perfectly designed and provides good privacy and space. I loved their spa location and services, the only area which needs improvement is their breakfast which is limited and also needs to improve quality.

The deluxe Villas are beyond amazing. The private pool with the villas are very private. The staff are super friendly. The hotel bar and restaurant spills out onto the beach. We will definitely go back. The only down side is it's away from the main action for markets , bars and restaurants of the main tourist areas. Taxis are readily available to take you to and from there. Tourist hint. Use the light blue " Blue Bird" taxis and make sure you tell them to turn the meter on and not give you a price

Beautiful hotel with an absolutely stunning beach bar. Extremely quiet beach. Super comfortable rooms. They have a combination of old and new rooms. We were first put in their old room (220 if I'm not mistaken) and the AC just wouldn't cool as there were too many door and window openings that had gaps. Once we complained to them, they immediately shifted us to a newly renovated room (208) which was unbelievable. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing pool and great food also.

The oldest luxury hotel & resort in Jimbaran. You have probably heard about Jimbaran Puri long before Belmond take over this gorgeous properties, after more than 36 years its charms is still sparkling, is it me that appriciated something older that they tend to be prettier or there is something more here at Belmond Jimbaran Puri to be discovered? What a perfect nice place to stay on your holiday. Their lovely staff always put their smile on their face, really friendly and helpful. The wonderful resort has beautiful garden pool, not that all, you will find the magnificent sunset while you relaxing in the beach.
This place have it own attractiveness!

The staff are unbelievably friendly and make this place what it is - I was staying over my birthday and was surprised with cake & decorations outside my room. The rooms are spacious, and the pool is huge. Jimbaran beach should be stunning but there's a huge amount of litter everywhere which ruins it a little. Otherwise, all round a great hotel.

"Amazing experience, top Jazz Dinner by the beach"
An amazing experience. Little difficult to find and despite its years now trading under the new brand still far to unknown. Also didn't know they had a property near Ubud:(
The team was from the moment we arrived till we walked out attentive and very nice.
Love the wide open setting, water feature, design of Jimbaran Puri.
The Lobster Menu was well prepared and pretend by the Italian Chef and his team. Service was especially for Bali standards outstanding.
Management was all present and on top of the guest experience.
Only negative comment, wish we'd had more time to spend here. Certainly a place to visit again.

Staying at the Belmond Jimbaran Puri was an absolute dream. It all started when we met one of the hotel's drivers, Wayan, at the airport and he had cool, damp towels for us to wash our faces and help cool us down.

Once we got to the property, we met with Charles, the general manager, who informed us that we were upgraded to a cottage with a private pool. The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular [thank you Charles!].

And, then we met Jeniffer. We can't say enough nice things about Jeniffer. We knew roughly what we wanted to do, but, didn't have any specifics [ie. we knew we wanted Sunday brunch, but, not where]. Jeniffer was so unbelievably patient with us and helped us with suggestions and even making reservations. But, she didn't just call and put our name down. Somehow she was able to literally secure the best seat in the house for us.

We knew we didn't want to drive while in Bali and were going to hire a driver during our trip. On the way to the hotel in Wayan mentioned that the Belmond offered driving services. Although we could have paid less by finding a private driver, we opted to go through the hotel and specifically request Wayan. Wayan made up for any extra cost. He drove us around on two separate days, sharing his personal experiences with us throughout. We could have never asked for any better.

As for the physical aspects of the Belmond; it's exactly what you'd expect for a hotel on Bali wanting to feel like Bali. All of the details, down to thatched roofs and wicker beach lounges scream "Bali". The grounds are not overly ornate, but, nor are they spartan or antiseptic. They are just right.

And, the grounds crew maintains them meticulously. After an afternoon rainstorm one day, we saw the crew in action. They first made sure all of the lounges were properly set up and fitted with new towels. And then, immediately afterward, they started cleaning the beach of trash washed up / brought by beach walkers.

We have never stayed at a 5-star hotel before and I feel bad for any future 5-star hotel that we may have occasion to stay at. The Belmond Jimbaran Puri has set the bar so high, it will be incredibly difficult to top.

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels. The beach view cottages are amazing, there is limited capacity so its never crowded, the service is top notch and on top of that the price is quite reasonable compared to other options in Bali. Will come again for sure.

I can recommend this hotel in every way. The Beach ist the most taken care of in Jimbaran. The garden, the facilities and the rooms are extraordinary beautiful. The Staff ist lovely. The Food is great. By far the most relaxing spot on Bali.

Nice resort with Balinese decor makes one feels like home, excellent service very genuine not pretentious, only 20 meters from the white sandy beach, nice pool, super tranquil environment, the restaurant serves great food (except for the breakfast) and the room service food is excellent. Resort at its best!

We only visited as guest of the restaurant for lunch which allowed us to use the pool too in the off peak season.
The pool was lovely as were the food and drinks. Staff are really friendly and helpful though they do try to upsell a little.

Pool service has an electronic tell to get service and the bill. A nice luxury touch.
