Bebek sinjay is a famous restaurant in east java, especially in surabaya, madura and malang. This restaurant preserves traditional food of madura called "bebek goreng". This food have a great taste and spicy sauce called "sambel pencit", traditional sauce made from mango. Visiting madura without trying this food is not complete.

Nice place to eat. Very busy, so expect a queue. The duck taste very good, although a bit salty. Sometimes it's going to be quiet hard to find a parking here.

I love the duck's taste but I really disappointed with the service, they're not friendly at all. The place also needed to be cleaned up because this is a famous restaurant so that customer's comfort is number one. I really love the food but I have to think twice if I want to come back because of the uncomfortable ambience.

Honestly does their duck deserve the extremely long queue of people? I don't think so since it's very mediocre. There are a lot of other restaurants, so save your time by just going there.

The famous fried duck. The crisp duck and sambal pencit make customers addicted. It was the first and main Bebek Sinjay restaurant. Before there were branches in different areas, the restaurant was very crowded and the queue was long.

Food is simple but delicious. It's a famous place for fried duck and sambal sauce, there tour buses coming here just for this restaurant. Very crowded especially at lunch. They also have chicken should you not want to try duck.

If you tasty food lover this is must try food. But make sure you came early morning (+/- 9-10 am) if you don't want to stay in long awaiting, because this place practicing shelf service for customer.

The food is great with a good price. The duck is already fried, it's a fast food restaurant indeed. But it's hot there, no air conditioning. The place is quite large with parking area at the back of the restaurant.

This place was ridiculously crowded even past lunch time (got there around 13.30). No table service! All we gotta to do was went to counter to order without civilized queue! Push yourself upfront then shout to grab attention from waiter then you'll be served! You better choose other outlet which offer better service as the taste are the same.

The best fried duck I've ever eaten so far. Succulent duck meat with seasoning that seeps through the bone. There's nothing quite like it. This is "warung" style restaurant with large dining area that can be accommodate 1000 people. This place is very packed up during the day weekend with quite long queue. You must eat here if you ever go to Surabaya, seriously!!

I like the sambal. It's a nice place to have lunch with family or friends after a long trip. Maybe it can be your culinary destination if you went to Madura. It's not too far from Suramadu bridge.

A very very crowded place. The system here is semi self service. First you have to order, than you queue in 1) eat there 2) bring home, take your beverages. Then you can enjoy your food. Need patience to eat here, waiting time is quite long. Price 25k with beverage.

this place is located on Madura island , east java , Indonesia
the famous menu on this place is called "Nasi Bebek Sinjay" or you can named it "sinjay duck"
better you spell it with indonesian language , just my opinion :p.
this place closed at 18.00 WIB , an open at 10.00 WIB.
you can get there via Suramadu bridge from Surabaya city, because it's only take 15-20 minutes from that bridge .
So if you really want some good cullinary you can go to this place ,
oh.. once again .. this place is not enough good looking , for me it's looks like a "warung" but have good food , don't forget to buy "kacang lorjuk" for merchandise from madura island , that delicious peanut ..

Asli sambelnya.. muantaps pecinta kuliner gak bakalan nyesel kalo mampirke resto ini, rekomen banget, harga yang relatif murah menjadi daya tarik tersendiri untuk dapatkan kelezatan bebek kering nan nikmat.
Parkir yang luas menjadi fasilitas utama lainnya yang dimiliki resto ini. Toilet serta mushola yang terjaga kebersihannya.
