The best duck in my opinion. My favorite is Bebek Muda Sambel Ijo or young duck in green chilli sauce. The crispyness of the outher layer, the tenderness of the meat, the amount of fat, and the seasoning just perfect. Just remember not to come too often, or you will get fat LoL

About 2 months ago they have renovated the restaurant to a new setting with full air conditions, not slippery flooring and smokeless so all I can say to the old customers who were mind with the old settings that would be worth another visit to this restaurant. You will like it again.

You can find Bebek kaleyo branches in Jakarta. Its offer cheap duck dishes. The taste is quite good. For the take away, you should eat it while its still hot, otherwise the taste will degrade significantly
