Big large building that displays stuffed big animal (taxidermy) in supposedly real life situation. Elephants, lions, sharks, tigers, etc. Very interesting and good for education And believe me. It is better than a lot of other museums in other countries

as the name implies this place has many varieties of animals that we rarely encounter, even those we have never heard before.
the dish of the animals in the show very diverse.
an atmosphere similar to the original.
there are artificial waterfalls and a stunning savanna ambience.
many games to forget the captains of the trip and all have no need to pay again because it is included in the ticket.
    suitable for learning.
    fun and amazing

One of the best of the best destinations in the east java in my opinion. They have a world class zoo. The design is smart that makes the visitors can enjoy and explore all parts of the place without getting bother. The air gives more value and we will find a lot of surprises that couldn't be predicted before there. Really love it.

The zoo is very good, I like the flowing concept in which people will see all animals exhibited. Please be prepare that you will have hundreds of kindergarten kids visiting this place with you.

The journey is very long so brace your self 😄. You can rent e-bike here. I do not know the price, as I did not take it. However, in Predator Fun Par it costs Rp100k/3 hours.

Inside the zoo you'll find also playground which rides are free.

This is the best zoo i ever seen. Okay, i mean the best if you compared this with Taman Safari zoo and Ragunan zoo, right. Really like the way they're being creative to make the design. It's huge, but you won't be boring. Too bad, not long after i came, it started raining. Yet i still had fun. The great place you can choose for holiday with your family. Children will 100% love it. Definitely i will come again.

The best zoo I've ever been in Indonesia so far. They seem to take care their animals quite OK. They also have various types of animals which they have grouped. From the cutest to the fiercest, you can see all.
Starting with monkeys, iguana and birds, you can follow the route they have carefully arranged. Land animals, reptiles, sea animals, even African animals.
They have so many collections provided with many informations posted nearby.
Somehow, you need to be healthy enough to explore the whole area on foot! Do bring a raincoat or folded umbrella just in case it rains.
Food stalls are also available in many corners with reasonable price.

This place is very nice place, I always enjoy visiting it, today was my 3rd visit in the past 6 years. However, if I compare it now with the first time I visited this place 4 years ago it has some parts which are not well maintained anymore. For example the toilets, they used to be very clean and smells good, now it is not that clean anymore, some has broken parts that was not being fixed, the museum has lost some animals, some was not hang properly anymore like the jelly fish, the water in some cages was not that clean anymore too, some attendants like some at the museum were not very helpful but some others like the one at the river and tiger feeding are very nice. This is a bit sad, I hope the management will look at these matters seriously so it can be better soon so it can be back to the original shape.

A great modern zoo. Animals are exotics. They take care the animals very good. All seems fat and healthy. The area also design nicely so you just need to follow the path. They have a rent e-bike; convenient for those who can't walk much. Combined with fresh air, the walk will not be so tiring though. They have regular bird performance. Great for family and group. Very nice experience to visit here. Also they have science centre. Decent but informative.

Perfect for children getaway. This zoo has wide range of animals, nice aquarium, and attraction. This is a one stop amusement park where kinds can spend a whole day and still want more. The admission ticket is only 120.000 (+-10 USD).

It's relatively clean and neat but it's very crowded on peak season, so coming earlier would be advantage. There are some cafes with light bites inside (french fries, swert corn, etc). There's also a little waterpark.

Large area with large collections of animals. Love the trivias on the walls along the park. Not so into the rides but the birds, mammals, primates, reptiles collections are already more than enough.

Batu Secret Zoo is one of the best place for you to spend time with your family. Various animals collection, nice path and facility. You can find so many wild animal and reptiles. Unfortunately, this place is not a children friendly as there is no un-smooking area. People can smoke everywhere within the park.

A secret zoo in the mountains. The concept is really great and it is really unique. I personally liked the baby zoo because we can interact with the animals and feed them. Some of the goats can also run freely but they're really safe to play with and really cute too.

The service is also good. The workers are kind and helpful.

But I think for a zoo, it's way too small. Some animals have outgrew their cages so they somehow feel a bit uncomfortable. A komodo dragon in an indoor glass cage? I don't think that will work :(

I went there during a weekday so I guess there aren't many workers stationed. Personally, I think for a zoo, at least 3/4 workers should be stationed because the animals need their caretaker. When I came there, their food came a bit late and the animals just looked sleepy and hungry.

Another thing is during weekdays, there's gonna be a lot of group visitors but there aren't many workers to provide them. I travelled personally, but the group visitors need to be controlled. There are visitors knocking on the animals' cages, disturbing their sleep, and calling them lazy. Some visitors also smoked near the cages which I think shouldn't be allowed because it can hurt the animals.

The new feature of safari park has a great concept but I think the car is too open so the animals got too close and scared some of the kids. Maybe consider putting a window or such so we can safely feed them. Oh and also I didn't see any worker controlling the animals from their area so some animals are able to cross to another area.

The amusement park rides were pretty great but some needed maintenance. I hope it is cleaned or renewed soon.

The place was simply too massive, it has the largest selection of animals from all over the word. Many species of animals such as the primates kingdom, cats family, fishes, birds, and many more were on display. A very good place to learn and bring your children.

Huge collection of animals, the animals are healthy and clean. You can touch some of them. Nice option of ride, from roller coaster, spinning chair, train to 5 great island, etc. But the place is huuuuge. And you have to walk. But don't worry you can rent a e-cycle and there are a lot of chair to take a rest.

    The best zoo in Indonesia!!
Felt like real-life Zootopia land. They have a complete range of animals, homed in a well-decorated cage. I hope the animals and the whole ecosystem could be maintained as great in a long run.

I'm impressed with the variety of the animals and the clarity of visitor's walk/pathway. The small theme park (Happy Land) is well managed too!

Visit to the farm tour and buy some carrots to feed the animals there. We had lots of fun! The animals are eager (or too hungry) to eat the carrots and can get very close to you. But I expect the zoo feeds them well once the tour is done.

Hope to information on each of the animal in the future. Also, more Capybara around (as a communal animal, it needs more friends)

Clean toilet, big food court. Many attractions. We can rent e-bike if too lazy to walk in the zoo. Definitely will come back if we visiting Malang/Batu again.

The coolest and the most educational zoo i've ever been. The zoo has its own route to follow so we don't get confused to choose a road or miss anything. The ticket costs Rp105.000,- and it includes the Museum Satwa which is placed beside the zoo. You should bring your kids here because they got to learn a lot of things about animals!

The facility is very convenient, you can find toilets, food stands, and benches around the zoo so easily. The food prices on the food stands or food courts is very affordable. I try the Bakso Celup on the food court and it was delicious.

If you went here you should prepare your legs to walk around the zoo. And if you bring your camera, please don't take pictures with flash because the animals is probably don't like it. You can buy souvenirs from the drug store which is located at the zoo exit.

I went there with my family..
Its quite cold after 5pm but otherwise Marvelous..
The hotel look like a massive stone when you face it.. balcony and terrasse on the other side with the zoo under your eyes..👌
If you got the chance to sleep in the hotel you can hear early morning Lyons and soon after Monkeys and little by little the all animals
The service is Great 👌 , the restaurant in the hotel turn on itself surounded by some chefs and also surounded by animals like panther and lynx..
Its quite stuck to the birds zoo and on the other side its the museum.
And few Warung (street rest.) and souvenirs shops..
Thats a very quiet area , there's also a fun fair at 5 min walking distance.. and Parade with dances at the MERDEKA✊ Celebration (Indonesia Fredom)
Thanks to all the team in that hotel if you read that comment guys.. it feel like a 5 star and i know what im talking about..
    Great great memories..
    Alhamdulilah

Indonesian roots 😉 , svara sjukur
