The biggest problem if you visit and stay in Lembongan island is the fresh water, after several visit finally I found the best villa with quality fresh water, huge bath room and terrazzo bath tub. Also they provide you good amenities too with quality spa products. I can say this is one of my favorite villa in Lembongan with great view, longest pool, heaven atmosphere, super fast buggy service, excellent friendly staffs and the room so impressed me. It's worthy with the high price we paid, the menu option for breakfast also WOW me, the DECK restaurant also the good, so many options and friendly staffs. Will be back here for sure again.
PS : If you are in Bali, you should visit Lembongan Island and surrounds.

We had a superb experience at this resort, the room was stunning and large, breathtaking views and the resort facilities were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Many choices for food and beverages, The Deck, Whisky Bar, Cafe, Main Restaurant, Swim Up Pool Bar. The meet and greet form the boat was flawless, we travelled from holiday Inn Baruna and the resort managed everything. Juni welcomed us and look after us thought our stay in addition to Mega and Valerie who all went above and beyond with customer service and making us feel welcome. The only negative was the day spa the staff were not friendly and didn't communicate very well. We tried to book a couple spa and it was all too hard. We would 100% recommend this property and go back again perfect spot to surf playgrounds. The happily created a space for our boards near reception to abide carrying them up and down the hill. Fantastic hotel on the cliff. The little houses (rooms) are made of wood with a luxury touch. The open bathroom give a feeling of nature and freedome. The view of the ocean and harbour is wonderful. Perfect for a romantic stay. Very good restaurant and tasty cocktails at the bar.

Came foe peace and quiet. Next door villa right next to our room with thumping music and screaming. Asked to move rooms. Told property fully booked. V disappointed as was so looking forward to a relaxing time.

Es war nicht einmal möglich, Poolliegen für den Bungalow zu bekommen.
Das Essen ist hauptsächlich auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet.
Niveau einer besseren Jugendherberge.
Anreise vom "Hafen" in Form eines Viehtransportes, auf der Ladefläche eines Kleinlastwagens.
Nein Danke, nur für anspruchslose Alternativtouristen geeignet

+ Great location
+ good-very good food
+ very - very kind and helpful staff
+ absolutely awesome rooms with great view
+ they contacted us regarding the (boat) transfer and organized everything. And - most importantly - everything worked (ok, the pickup in Ubud was 30min latebut hey, it's Bali).
+ No need to carry your luggage to and from the boat, all is organized!
+ They work with Rocky Fast Cruise

+/- not cheap, but absolutely worth the price

I can absolutely recommend Batu Karang!

Awesome hotel a short walk from where the ferry drops you off. Book with the Rocky Fast Ferry and the staff will meet you when you arrive to bring your bags to your room straight away. Staff also will book you reservations at restaurants off property and provide transportation - just ask. The pool bar up top is swim-up and has great happy hour specials. The rooms are spacious and have outdoor showers and tubs (my favorite part). Our room was towards the top and had an unreal view. Fantastic place!
