Extremely bad customer service. Booked an appoinment at 16.00 and called again to make sure the appoitment time. Then, called again at 15.50 to notify em that i might be late for 5 mins, but was told that the appointment was made for 17.00 in the 1st place. When i arrived there at 16.05, the slot was already given to another customer. Complained but still the same answer about the appt time made at 17.00. These thing can completely ruin someone's schedule for the day. WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The barber is okay though.

Took my boyfriend cut his hair here, he's foreigner so it's difficult to tell the capster what he wants so I came to translate, it ended very nicely! Nice decorations too, just the background music needs to be updated :)
