  I've bad experience with baraya -kelapa gading. Twice. The 1st time i have to wait for 1 hour (acceptable). The 2nd time was 4 hours of delayed. The staffs were not informative and not friendly. No more next time.

  It's on the front side of the lobby 1 of mall of indonesia. I had to visit bandung but the guy there wasnot friendly and we waited there for the ticket and the guy gave it to somebody else .

  The price is cheap, compared to the other shuttle companies. But other than that, the pools (any pools) were full of smokes, not convenient, some of the workers are busy with their own phones, some of them are not friendly, and some drivers don't really drive carefully (they broke rules, got caught by the police, speed driving, and sometimes rude). But not all workers are that bad. I sometimes foud some good ones too.
