We have ordered scooter through whatsapp. Communication with the owner was easy and bike was ready on the agreed time. Bike was in a good condition and the paperwork was fast. Also the owner stored one of our bags at his home for free.
After we returned the bike the owner made coffee for us and then took us to the bus station.

Recomended rent motobike in Banyuwangi. Mas John and his wife are friendly and humble. Easy to be contacted and the motor is in good condition. Thank for the service 👍👍

Best place to rent a motorcycle at a fair price. John is such an amazing person :). We had some incident with the motorcycle and John was understanding, nice, and charged us just the cost of the broken piece. He honestly just cared that we were fine and not injured :). Also, John's wife makes the best cookies I have tried in Indonesia, and she gave us a box of her cookies to take away 😍! Such a lovely family, I wish them all the best. Do not hesitate and rent a motorcycle with them, you will never regret it!

Best place to rent a scooter in Banyuwangi! John, the owner, is very nice, honest and his prices are good in the area. While using the scooter (a very nice Honda PCX) we had an accident and the rear plate holder broke. We felt very sorry and we told him about the incident right away. He was very helpful and immediately told us he would take care of it so we would not be charged extra to fix it in a workshop because we are foreigners. He is so nice that in the end he only charged us the cost of the new required piece, which he found online, and he even sent us an image with the price to verify the cost. We cannot thank him enough for being so understanding and nice. Aside from that, once we left the motorcycle he took us to the hotel for 1/3 of what the hotel charged us John is such a nice person, seriously :). And his family is also lovely and welcoming. Terima kasih John!!!

To put it short, it was great.
Mas John was very active and supportive in replying my tons of questions before renting a motorcycle from him, he even gave me a discount for the pick-up service (which unfortunately was not included in the service, but it makes sense to do so as the place I stayed was quite distant from his office).
In addition, his motorcycle was also at its best. I rented a Vario (an automatic scooter/motorcycle) because it was the cheapest on the pricelist, and I was quite shocked because the condition of the motorcycle was actually great. It's clean, and it was the newest version of the motorcycle. He gave me two helmet as requested, but if you are planning to ride under the rain, you may need to provide your own raincoat.
If I need to rent bike again in Banyuwangi, I would definitely use Mas John's service again without a second thought!response / report this review -

Pelayanannya OKE Brooo.. Banyuwangi Rental Mobil n Motor John Rino memang manthaaab selain armada banyak mobilnya baru dan terawat sekali. Soal Harga juga sesuai dengan kantong kita kok. Mau tanya tanya soal lokasi n penginapan yang recomended n murah datang aja ke sini.
