Bank Syariah Indonesia / BSI is the result of the merger of three state-owned / SOE-owned banks in February 2021, namely Mandiri Syariah Bank / BMS, Indonesian National Bank / BNI Syariah, Indonesian People's Bank / BRI Syariah. The number one largest shareholder is a sharia independent bank, the second number is the Indonesian Islamic national bank and the third is the Indonesian Islamic people's bank.
