How many weeks ago I was here to open a new savings account, I arrived 1 hour earlier before the bank opened, there I was asked to fill in / register online I did it, however, my KTP was outside the area, was asked to complete a domicile certificate and bring a family card original. and today on December 2, 2020, I came back at 1:15 p.m., but the bank was closed even though it said it was closed at 15:00, then I was directed to the Cibanteng branch. I went straight there and there I was totally denied that I had to have a Jabodetabek ID card. THEN WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF THE DOMISION LETTER I CREATED. I have run out of costs to take care of my domicile letter and the cost of sending my family card from the village. Why make it difficult. !!!! I made an account from another bank. Just my E-KTP.
