Great service and very efficient.

Nice upgrade. Just a tips. If you want to go for Customer Service it's better to do it in the morning. Because after 10AM the queue will be very long but again depends on the situation. But parking space is huge. At least this branch is improving alot compared to their old building.

They have 4 teller (costumer service) but only 2 work and they took so long for treat 1 costumer! I already wait 20min and i have to wait 10 costumer before me.

Open 8-1pm on Saturday? No. Not able to provide correct information on Google about opening times? Yes. That really messed things up for me. Why aren't the banks open on Saturdays here? What do people who work all day Monday to Friday do? No chance to go to the bank. Goblok betul.
