  Okay, I am here to replace the ATM chip card (Indeed, before I called BCA first to make sure whether my ATM could be replaced with a chip, considering that my ATM was my savings which had very limited features, and it turned out that I could, was asked to go to the nearest branch, even though my ID card was out of town) . When I entered, I checked the temperature first by security and asked for what purpose I came here, I said I wanted to replace the chip card, and security and security saw my ATM and said that my ATM GABISA could be replaced by a chip card and had to open a new account / atm. And I said "sir, I confirmed via telephone to BCA and my ATM can be replaced by the chip", finally I was taken the queue number and told to try to explain it to the CS. Yes, without being explained at length to the CS, they just said they wanted to replace the chip card and they were immediately served and it could indeed be replaced. The process is fast.
  Just a suggestion if the security is given information from the bank so that you don't give information carelessly to customers who want to take care of ATMs or savings books so they don't tell you to open a new ATM at
  Btw I came here at 8 o'clock so it's still quiet and I don't need to queue long like in other banks.
