Tempatnya bagus, fasilitas juga oke. Satpam cukup ramah dan atm juga lengkap baik untuk transaksi tunai maupun non tunai. Tapi pelayanan agak lama karena tenaga customer service yang sedikit. Jadi harus agak bersabar menunggu antrian.

Service was slow.. each customer service may informed you different procedure.. so many unnecessary manual administrative task that should be easily replaced with IT solution.. better find another bank for your service

Big branch, but they need to provide more customer services than just 2 persons. When there are many people queueing, they often have to wait too long to be served.
