In one of the BNI branch offices in Ngawi, the service is quite good, tellers and security guards can be invited to communicate, and other facilities such as toilets / bathrooms are also provided for customers. Unfortunately this office is only one office, so it is quite a queue and the parking lot is too small so parking can be across the street.

I really queued up until 2 hours. Bni or not, there is no intention of opening another branch bank so that the replacement is not too great. the change is bad
