In my opinion its the most friendly bank in indonesia
Staff are friendly and trying their best.
Mobile application is not english but not difficult to work with
Opening account just took 10 minutes

Used this ATM today (September 2019) and it was very secure. Lots of security cameras, no ATM fee for my MasterCard and it had the option to give all 100,000 notes

Can give you 2,5 mln per transaction. Seems to be a safe ATM to get the money. Haven’t seen indications about a commission but based on the exchange rate I calculated after withdrawal, it charged me 100000.

Le 9 août dernier, je me suis rendu aux distributeurs de cash situés à côté de la banque BCA Raya Ubud 10. Suite à un problème technique du distributeur, ma carte de crédit a été avalée par la machine (située à côté de la banque BCA mais ne dépendant pas directement de celle-ci). Pourtant, le Customer Service de cette établissement m'a aidé et à su joindre une équipe technique travaillant à Ubud ce matin là. Ils leur ont demandé de venir au plus vite. Une demi-heure plus tard, je récupérais ma carte Merci à eux pour leur compétence.

Not the best place to withdraw cash as it only gives you 500K max per time with 50K bills, but it was a timely rain for me as my pocket was drying up and I needed cash for a massage session right away.
