for some reason the people I see are so concerned about the old service, if the position is crowded, of course it will take a long time to enter the bank, especially the queue number you get is far from the last number called by the officer.

Talking about service, the bank employees themselves are very friendly and have been very kind in helping me during the card printing/taking process (my problem). The security guard there is also very friendly in my personal opinion, in asking things that are stuck when you are confused when you just arrive.

My tip is to come early, for example at 07.00± to get the earliest queue number (I came at 07.15 and got queue number 14), because according to the officer, the bank opens at 08.15.

**There are things that are a bit stuck in my mind when in the process of printing cards with the help of officers, at the end there is a Rating and Comment on the monitor screen, but we as customers are not asked to give their opinion on the rating (if the comment column I understand because it will takes a long time), but the officer in his own bank gave a 5-star rating, I think this feature should be removed to clear up misunderstandings.

**From my conversation with the clerk at the front, I got information that the bank will open at 08.15, but after I looked at the clock on my cellphone, the operating time seems to be 8.29(?)

Standar BCA emang bagus dalam kualitas pelayanan dan keramahannya. Untuk solving problem 100% beres dalam beberapa kali permasalahan saya. Tidak semua KCU/KCP BCA sebagus ini.

sekarang lebih enak lebih nyaman, setor tunai 1 kali ngga pake antri langsung dilayani, pas ke customer service aja mesti ekstra sabar tapi banyak nasabah yg ngga sabar langsung pergi pas dipanggil ngga ada, jadi yg antri setelahnya bisa dilayani lebih cepat mayanlah hihi atm nya udah baru ada indikator/status layanan yg bisa digunakan, security nya helpfull
