In the waiting area, there is no depatures board so listen carefully which lane your train will depart, you might have to in and out train since there is no underpass/overpass to reach your train. Overall this station has vintage and classic design and one of the oldest train station in Indonesia.

Selalu ke sini kalau mau mudik ke Jawa. Jalan menuju ke stasiun Bandung sering macet (baik yang utara maupun selatan) karena lokasinya memang berada di tengah-tengah kota Kembang. Kemacetan ini akan semakin meningkat kalau musim liburan atau akhir pekan tiba. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya berangkat beberapa jam sebelum keberangkatan agar menghindari ketinggalan kereta. Kondisi di dalam stasiun cukup rapi. Namun ukuran toilet sepertinya kurang luas sehingga ketika mau ke sana jadi kurang nyaman. Minimarket juga banyak di sini, jadi bisa belanja minum atau makanan ringan sebagai bekal dalam perjalanan di kereta. Kalau ingin bersantap makanan berat ada Hoka Hoka Bento yang jadi alternatif.

Bandung station, like other major railway stations has supporting facilities and infrastructure for train operation. It has a passenger coach warehouse (west side of the station), locomotive warehouse (northwestern side of the station), turntable (western side of the station), reservation ticket building (northern station) and cargo area (southern part). Overall, Good services, friendly and helpful staff, very clean all public areas.

Stasiun dengan fasilitas yang jauh lebih modern dan lengkap dalam 6 tahun belakangan ini. Tidak kumuh lagi oleh pedagang kaki lima. Hanya saja agak sukar bila harus bertukar platform karena peron tinggi hanya ada di beberapa jalur. Itupun kurang panjang. Pengguna kursi roda akan sangat terkendala dengan hal ini. Pengguna transportasi online lebih baik menentukan titik penjemputan di stasiun pintu selatan. Karena stasiun utara belum online-friendly.

Nice big old fashion station, n clean too. The nasty things here is, they have no "dedicated" walkway for passanger neither from or to the train. So if there were trains stack (which happen all the time), you must go in and out from train to train to reach your way out hard to believe huh?!

Good train station in DAOP (Daerah Operasi Kereta Api/Train Operation Area) 2 though. Even kiaracondong much better than this, but they have good facilites and services.

Changing platform is difficult here, we have to hop on train to trains to reach our desired platform. Not enough visual information only audio from speaker which doesn't sounds so clear. But the lounge (north lounge) is good and comfortable. Just wait for another improvements.

The Station much better and Lots of changes better infrastruktur. Lounge was Great , you can Find store here for food and beverage. The ATM machine as Well available. The ticketing machine to by ticket or print the e ticket also available here. Cleanlenes also is really huge valuable point for the Station

Primary train station in Bandung and the busiest one. There are several food stalls, convenience stores, ATMs and spacious parking lot but unfortunately always full of car from North gate.
The toilet is clean but quite small, sometimes you need to queue when peak hours.

Make sure you Got IN/OUT trough the NORTH Gate, easiest way to find various Transportation and better Designed than the South.

This Train Station has two gates. North & South.

(The Dutch colonial made it, The South for Indonesians ordinary people. And the other side is for Dutch/Western/Chinese/Arab/Indonesian who related with King or Raden).

It's continued by Indonesian Rail Company. At the South gate mostly selling economics & business class Train Ticket. And the North Gate mostly Selling Business & Executive class Train Ticket.

This is the first time I go to Bandung and this station is in a very strategic location. There are so many hotels and restaurants nearby so it's easy for tourists either they are foreign or local ones to reach the hotels to stay. The station is also very clean but unfortunately, when I got to the lavatory the faucets of the sink were broken.

Main railstation in Bandung city. Very clean also not too crowded (but may become crowded at peak season). Waiting room is also large, seating is plenty soft make this station is very comfortable.

The primary rail station in Bandung, located in the central area of Bandung, which, easy to reach with public transport. The parking space is plenty which allows to store vehicle overnight. The waiting room is relatively large and clean but may become overcrowded during peak hour. Furthermore, there are ample supporting facility including prayer room, store, ATM, toilets with clear signage that indicates your train schedule and the direction for the train platform.

Located in the heart of Bandung, so it's close to many places around Bandung. Regular cabs are available and drivers are ready to serve you when you arrive here. However, the queue for cancellation and changing the schedule is amazingly long. Can you please think about how to make it faster?

So so. The station was not bigger than others. The toilet is near musholla, so if you want to use just the toilet, you need to take off yor shoe. There is a waiting area to wait bluebird taxi (in front of mushola)

You can reach Bandung from Jakarta / Yogya / Semarang by train into Bandung Station. you can continue journey by public transportation like angkot or taksi and now also available online transportation like uber or gojek or grab. enjoy Bandung!

Pros
1. As the only one station on Bandung, it's great and awesome. All of them clean and neat
2. Food tenant available before platform, so if you mind bring the snack or beverages to platform, just buy it first
3. The rest room and toilet available, but I say too small for the main station of the city
4. The guard friendly

Not the best train station nor the best mode of transportation in the country, but you can tell a lot of its tranformation in the last 5 years.

Its safer, nicer, faster, etc
Overall, its getting better. Keep on improving.

Overall it's quite clean. The service officers are nice and very good in providing guidance for visitors like me who rarely use this station. Unfortunately not so many decent restaurants / coffee shops. It's not recommended to wait long hours here.

Travelled to Bandung twice by train. The waiting areas aren't that pleasant as the one in Semarang Tawang. The architecture of the building doesn't give me a special vibe about Bandung and its intriguing story. All this train station needs is a touch of art of the local wisdom. This train station is an OK train station, but doesn't scream "Bandung" to me.
If you're on a late night train schedule, there's no adequate food stalls here, bring a packed food if you need to.
