Not enough shows. Not good value for money. Vouchers given but need to spend a lot to redeem.
Close encounter with the deers is the highlight of the show. Very good and friendly staff. Zoo and public toilets are very clean.

Probably the most amazing zoo on the planet!
Love “breakfast with the orangutan”! The experience is indeed one of a kindand yes, before you say itthe animals were stressed. That would be the downsize of it, unfortunately. Food was delicious! Luxurious buffet, in a zoogo figure!
The up-close and personal experience with animals is most educational, especially for the children.
Nevertheless, this is one of the zoos where animals are treated with respect and consideration, are healthy and well fed. You can see it by the large spaces they occupy, and the outmost care the keepers show when handling them. From the smallest bird to the largest elephant.
Habitats are organized as close as possible to the natural ones, outmost detailed. Including a lot of “personal space” for each animal, where visitors don t have access.

Perfect place to ride elephants & take home memories as they capture the moments. A lot of animals & birds. Monkey interaction. They also have a restaurant to snack. Thumbs up

You can enjoy feeding to Lion, Tiger and Elephant etc. Facility were clean and people are nice, so I strongly recommend here especially for family trip.

Photos with cockatoo is a must, ( you get one shoot with your mobile to keep ) optional if you dont want to buy the photo on your way out.

Lunch with the lion, you need to reserve if you want very close to the window, i dint but its ok, i can appreciate this majestic animal at close.

Feel sorry it isnt at tye wilderness where it should.

Overall great experience with family and kids.

If its rainy they rent raincoat for 20k

The zoo is a wonderful experience, with a lot of species display and fun animal shows. But the food in the area are too expensive and not affordable. Soto Ayam 80K and Mineral Water 10K, just like in the airports. Luckily we can bring our own food because there's no food inspection. There's a waterpark also but only for kids, small but enough.

It is very clean and we had fun. The only thing is that some of the exhibits are still on maintenance. Once it is done, I'm sure it's going to be awesome. And they also could put more effort into the shows.
