Great day, it was beautiful and well run. The rafting wasn't particularly challenging or long (time), but it was fun and a great way to see the scenery and enjoy the water.

Hi, well as the price was very decent via online bookings we didn't expect to much but were positively surprised by the organization and service we received. Was really good fun except for the steps (Ayung River) :P Will defo do the longer rafting trip next time. Cheers

The river guide service sucks. The Telaga Waja river was awesome. They assigned an inexperience river guide (who i think is only 18-19 years old and goes by the name Gede) who does not know how to steer the raft. There was a large broken tree branch in the rapids and he didn't even steer to avoid it, hence our raft crashed into it and everyone got bruises and scratches. We saw it coming, and the raft in front avoided it. This guide wasn't even helpful when we had difficulty climbing onto raft when the water was deep. After the rafting session ended, he even had the urge to ask everyone for a tip. No decency at all. The lunch was so-so. Ordered drinks at the restaurant and when the bill came, we were charge 25% extra. When asked why, they said its for GST. Oh please, at most GST and service charge would only cost 10% at most. Its obvious this is a rip off. Will consider another tour operator next time.

Really nice place. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Toilets need to be more cleaner. Shower and other facilities are quite clean and nice.

Best lively experience ever. I dont think i will have such an adventurous raffting ever.it was the best part of my honeymoon trip. Will love to visit again

Great value. Didn't expect too much but was very impressed by the overall day. Driver and river guide were very friendly. Lunch was one of the best meals I had in Bali. River rapids were not highly challenging but this served to make it more relaxing and scenic.
