  Today I bring my Dog to this place but they don't accept my dog to do grooming in they are place following my dog have dog fleas, and also they see I have another dog street are I just pick from the street on my motorbike. and my dog street still have skin problem, but any way I feel offended because they make it different class of the dog. so I know this place are not support for any dog lover. and see this place are will never accept any help to any dog around, because they just care to get money not to help the other dog.
  
  really not recommended place for Dog Lover, because they are the one is never care of any dog. after I talk to my staff at villa she said in the past she bring her dog there and they just charge with a lot of money for not any treatment to her dog, they said already cut the hair but still not anything change by her dog and also they said already shower her dog. but still the dog are smells are not good, she make complain but they refuse her and they push my staff to keep paid.

  Cat food all near expired. Owner just wanna make money the service is not great. Not customer or satisfaction oriented but only money oriented.
