Service is good and friendly. Some requests are settled a little bit late. The Villa itself is pretty hidden and a little bit hard to find. Security can be improved as some of my friend's and my money were lost while we were sleeping. Shared pool could be cleaner and maintained better. The room itself is satisfactory. WiFi is okay, toilet is pretty clean.

Pretty nice for the cost. Rooms don't entirely seal from the outside and we had mosquitoes in the room which kind of sucked.

Value for money! Mosquitoes are the only concern but still they give a handler for that.. well maintained..
Walkable distance to sky world pubs and others for the nightlife!
No 5 stars just coz of the narrow road to reach the villa.

awesome place to stay, short walk to the party strip of jl legian, short walk in the opposite direction to the cheap local restaurants and shops. have always stayed in hotels but never will again. so cheap for 2 story villa that sleeps 8, private garden with seated areas and kitchen. pool was one of the warmest I've swam in in Bali too!!! Staff were very kind and helpful.A special thanks to Agus,( i hope i remembered your name correctly!!) . i so much recommend here over the western style hotels on jl legian. Thanks so much!!! oh and P.S this isn't a hotel, no sheets changed daily, everything is basic etc but anytime we needed new towels, sheets or anything cleaned we just had to ask!!!!

Very nice area and exterior, including the pool. The rooms are a little basic and there were quite a few bugs, but at the end of the day it is good value for the price.

It was the worst. We have no hot water, the sheets were dirty, they changed our room after the first night, and we found bed bugs , plenty of them on our beds, they went to our room they saw them and even Kill some of them leaving the sheets with blood. We leave the hotel that same night. So we only stayed there one of four night, and the owner only gave us back a 25%, we had to bought medicine for the bugs bites and the taxi a 2 am to leave the hotel, the worst service ever. DONT STAY THERE IS THE WORST.

Wifi did not work. Air-conditioning insufficient to cool room. Holes in walls allow mosquitos to enter easily. Cockroaches found in room. Kitchen equipment broken and insufficient. No safety fence on pool despite being advertised as such. Roof leaked on our bed and staff could not offer a replacement room or a refund for our stay. Owner refuses contact regarding problems. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It is absolutely comfortable and very privacy! Easy to get anywhere around legian and kuta. And within 5 minutes walking to the beach. Staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are great, and what you see on pictures is what you get. After been comparing between other website, in some of them the pictures not up-to-date yet. But i was in this villas 2 weeks ago and the room was brand new! Very homey and cultural design.me and my family really loved the place! Great for a family of young children or even older children. The bad thing is.the holiday is over!! :( But we will definitely come back for more!

Nice Clean Private Villa. Really enjoyed the privacy and peace and quiet while being still super close to the bars and eats. The staff treated us so well, and made it feel homey. The swimming pool is pretty big and it was clean. And the other cool thing is that it had a full kitchen with fridge and stove for cooking our own meals. Also had AC and satellite TV in our room!
