Breakfast not worth the money. Location is hidden in small road. Not hard to find but feel not safe for a girl to walk alone because no lighting.

A quiet place in legian behind the Amaris hotel. Rooms are far larger, staff is friendly and helpful.
Groceries, bars and restaurant are less than a 5 minutes walk. Stay carefully if someone propose you a body massage on the street. If you really need one, ask to the hotel lobby, they will direct you to a safe place.
Lot of money changer around. Usually safe, but double count your notes in front of the changer and not once you have left the place ( do that island wide :-) .
Legian beach is not that far. Count less than 10 minutes by foot.
Warning: don't drink tap water in Bali ( at least in South bali) you will kill your vacation .

I've been in Bali many times and this is, by far, the worst hotel I ever found. Do yourself a favour and run away!
Their lack of maintenance is alarming. The room was noisy, the toilet was extremely small and muddy. And the staff were rude and completely helpless. On booking website breakfast was 30k per person and they rip us off more than twice that price for just a plain egg and a toast! We complained but they didn't mind at all, even though it was written in our booking confirmation.
Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'd never come back.

Everything is good, except the room conditions, it's required renovation. Again, everything except that is good.

Original room was dirty on arrival (stains on sheets, drains smelt, dirt on mattress), but we were quickly moved to a spotless room upon complaining. Great location for the beach.

Excellent value for money. Massive rooms and a convenient location as well. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone in the area.

Plenty of english language TV channels if that is your thing.

Only downside is that it is down quite a long alleyway which can get dark at night - though there are 2 security guards positioned on the alleyway 24/7.

Great hotel for the price. Nice pool. It's hard to find and is down a dark lane if you were walking alone at night.

The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent air con- the downside is that they are quite dark at night if you're trying to read. Lots of English TV channels. Nice breakfast. Great pool. Wi-Fi is mostly good. Great location- off the main drag so it's quiet but in the middle of tons of shops and restaurants.

The hotel is OK, the walls are very thin. The staff is very nice but not trained very well and unfriendly if they don't know how to act in a situation. We had a problem with the dates of booking and there was no solution at all. They made me feel unwelcome.
First I wanted to recommend this hotel but after staffs reaction (talked to the manager as well) I would NOT recommend to stay here!
