  The bikes are of reasonable quality but only available in small size. Also, at 2x the price of other rental shops, they don't represent value for money.
  Having the manager's contact details, I initiated a conversation with him. I'm still tet to receive a response.

  Great rental cycling shop for any type of cycle experience. I rented their Specialized roubaix with Ultegra which was well mainenanced.
  They kindly changed the pedal to a flat one and let me bring some stuff in case of flat tire as I didn't bring anything for cycling.
  They also offer cycling activity.

  This was our third and fourth ride with the guys from Bali Bike Hire. If you are a road cyclist and want to do some riding while you are on holiday this is the place. take your shoes and helmet and they will provide a road bike and organise a morning ride including a stop for refreshments. They have scheduled rides during the week ranging between 45 and 80kms. They also hire out road, mountain and cruiser style bikes for those who want to do their own thing.

  I went to Bali recently so that my husband could do a bike tour around Bali with Bali Bike Hire. Little did I know that I was included as well if I wanted, which I certainly was!!! Each day I could do as little/much as I wanted with a support vehicle following me, making me feel very safe. Any time I could pop in the bus and be informed and entertained by the gorgeous Ketut. I was given so much local knowledge about the balinese people, culture, religion etc etc it was amazing. And to top it off when I was struggling Wayan pushed me up the hills. Also the Bali Bike team take you to little known places to stay, I won't be going back to Kuta/Legion/Seminyak after this, I've seen a totally new Bali and I cannot recommend this highly enough, what ever level of cycling you do.
