It's my first barber experience and it's fantastic! I tried The Bali Boss menu which includes a nice hair cut and a blade shave. To my surprise when I paid, the cashier told me that it's half price ciz 5-7pm is happy hour!

Just a quick shout out to the team at Bali Barbers. Thanks for making our manscaping afternoon so magnificent. Shampoo, Haircut, Cutthroat Shave, Face Mask, Face Scrub & Massage, we have come out looking a million dollars. Our faces are now like babies bottoms. Best shave I've had since December 2015 (last time I paid a visit) 5 thumbs up from me guys👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks again. Collingwood4

Great friendly service located conveniently near sunset road. Professional staff keeps you smiling and relaxed all throughout the cut. If you’ve never been to one, just pick a hairstyle from their wall.

Now I always used to go to Billionaire's Cut Barbershop in Sanur I think they were the best in Bali by far they were always busy, I don't know why but they are now permanently closed.

So everyone told me to go to Bali Barber in Seminyak, the first time the cut was ok but I had to tell the guy that was cutting my hair to cut it shorter and shorter and the way how he acted when I asked him, it was like I just stole $200 from him.

He was not happy because I did not want to have my hair cut in the style that he wanted the guy needed to remember that I was the customer and I wanted my style, not his.

Now I gave Bali Barber the benefit of the doubt and I went back there again today, And OMG the experience was even worse than the last time.

I think the guy did not know how to cut hair, he kept on changing the way how he cut 1 side was different to the other I had to tell him 5 times to cut it shorter and my hair looks like shit.

The guy has the worst BO so I had to cover my mouth and nose so I don't breathe in the horrible stench.

And after the cashier know I was not happy with the service she treated me like a charity case and wanted to give me the cut for free, I was not complaining to get a free haircut good or bad I will always pay.

Maybe they should use my money and put it into training the staff better.

I don't know why Bali Barber have high reviews they are not that good maybe they are paid reviews.

Please think again before going to Bali Barbe I will be looking for a better place to get my hair cut from now on

Good one. Fun staff. Music too loud.
Slightly overpriced considering two streets away you can have almost the same servicing at a quarter of the price.
The toilette Now that is really something!

The place looks nice, but I got from a supposedly washing + massage + cut only the cut while paying for the full package!
They cut my sons hair too, and it looked like a child played with a scissor!
I was so full expectations and got so disappointed.
I have to leave one good remark, they have gave us coffee and a sprite when I asked (which I read on a sign is offered when seated).

To the owner of this place I would recommend train your staff and give what is offered.

Great shave, full-on old-style with a hot towel and a scalp massage. Terrific jam playing in the background. Practically a gentleman's spa with a hip rocker vibe.

What a complete letdown. From the website you're led to think you're coming into the Bali eqivalent of a gentlemen's spa. It couldn't be further from the truth.

After a long trek up from South Kuta on the strength of the "reviews" we arrived to a lacklustre welcome at the shampoo place. Unclear of where to go we got a half hearted wave upstairs to the barber, and then bugger all. Just a load of people looking kinda bored in chairs. No-one to welcome us, no smiling faces, certainly no beers on offer. Totally unclear about the waiting system and where we were in any queue we sort of reluctantly sat down.

At this point you need to know the website makes all sorts of hip and cool claims about no need to get an appointment, just turn up. All is cool.

Well it's not, in the glossy marketing speak is some fine print that says this all just applies to haircuts. Want anything else (and we did) and you should have called to book in advance. Except the same funky website goes to length to tell you to chill "they dont do calls coz of all the cool music" yada yada.

Anyway, eventually a girl turns up and asks what we want, we learn no spa treatments, no waxing, no tans. When we complain about the ludicrous over promises on the website she promises to go to see if something can be done. Obviously we never see her again.

Finally 20 mins later someone else rocks up, offers a coffee/tea and asks us where we are in the queue.

At this point i figured if was time to go to the competition. There are multiple round the corner which the website seems to be sensitive about. If this is how they treat the customers, I'm not surprised.

Complete bloody waste of half a day. No thank you Bali Barbers

Came in for a haircut and a shave. The barber took his time to get it right. They are surprisingly on trend with all the latest styles.

If you're in Bali, and your hair needs some TLC, you go to Bali Barber. Been here twice. Once for a shoulder and neck massage, and another time for a haircut. And I am a very happy customer. The barber understood what I wanted and he got it right without me needing to ask for an adjustment. That's rare. I'd go back to Bali Barber for another haircut. Definitely. Owners Desmond and his wife (whose name I didn't get the chance to ask) were very, very friendly. I really enjoyed my visits. Great work, you guys. Until next time.

I didn't get a cut here, but dropped in and the place looks great and has a great atmosphere. There was a 45 minute wait so I wasn't going to hang around, but the place looked great, although it was also quite pricey compared to some of the other local places.
