Had a great experience with bali aqua, wonderful staffs.. from the driver (pak sudi), the receptionist (mba mitha)
and the instructor Mas Sandhie.. really helpful person above and under the water, kindly assisted me on every move.
very low price with great services.

I can definitely recommend this company for anyone who would like to enjoy this underwater sport. Very proffesional, good equipment and price. I have completed my Open Water course with Sana who also showed me and thought me about some amazing fish. Thank you!
All the places where you take your first dives are great, we were very lucky to see octopus and turtles.
I then took an additional trip which contained three dives in stunning coral reef around islands. If I come back to Bali, I'd use your services again. Thanks!response / report this review -

Great day diving at a reasonable price. I was silly enough to muck around with my reg which I then couldn't use. They lent a spare no problems and then graciously fixed mine. Would book again no problems

In April, I did my AOW course through Bali Aqua Dive. Everything was fine until they refused to certify me. I completely all dives, read the manual and did all that was necessary. I paid the full fee for the course, however, they would NOT certify me unless a family paid the cancellation fee for a snorkeling tour they didn't even book (the owner misunderstood and booked for snorkeling when asked about the price). The reason he wanted me to pay is simply because I know them.
After back and forth emails with PADI and months later, PADI certified me directly and had to handle the paperwork.
I wish I had paid a little more and gone through an ethical company. It would have been less emotionally exhausting.response / report this review -

From preparing a customised itinerary to managing sudden last minute changes, Bali Aqua has far superseded any common notion of outstanding service across all dive centers I’ve engaged. As most other reviews concur, Firas the manager is highly responsive to customer queries and sensitive to needs, prioritising the safety of divers first and foremost as can be seen from his assignment of the dive guide. If you’re a fan of the small stuff, ask for Han - he will go out of his way to point out every pygmy seahorse on a sea fan for you (crabs and shrimps too). I suppose for every diver out there looking for a dive center to explore the seas with, safety would be top of the list, followed by responsiveness and efficiency. Throughout my 4-day experience with Bali Aqua, I would say that they fulfill all the above, taking pride in excellence and utmost professionalism. A definite recommendation for all those looking to dive in beautiful Bali!

Very good organiser for those interested in snorkeling. Good snorkeling equipment well maintained and a very helpful and supportive staff.

Did Scuba Diving and Snorkeling with Bali Aqua Dive Centre. On both the occasions my instructor was Fairy. His instructions were precise and simple and his execution spot on. The equipment and other facilities were exemplary. Highly recommended this company for any water related activities. Look forward to diving with you guys again. Thank you.

We did the snorkelling tour with Aqua dive Bali, the experience was fantastic. The boat leader is friendly and well experienced for dives and a step ahead for our safety while we enjoying the snorkeling experiencing the colorful world under water.

I did the snorkeling and it was our first snorkeling experience. And our instructor Mr. Ferry made it very easy and memorable. He was patient, interesting and friendly person.

We did the snorkelling tour with Aqua dive Bali, the experience was fantastic. From the easy booking process and fast responses from Firas, to the dive shop equipped with all latest and clean equipment, trial rooms and polite and professional staff. The boats used for the tour were of high quality and the boat staff was very friendly ensuring all are enjoying the experience. I boat leader was Han, he was an excellent and clicked many underwater pictures for my group while we were enjoying the dive. Overall a superb experience and I would highly recommend the same! Waiting for my next dive with the Firas and the team. Cheers!

It was our first diving experience and our instructor Ferry made it very easy and memorable. He was patient, interesting and a friendly person. Would recommend Bali Aqua for anyone who wants to dive in Bali.

Great service overall, nothing to complain about. They did the things we hired them for and we were happy to find them on a short notice.
