The trekking and the guide was spotless. Very good and friendly. The 3 star rating is because of the private car pick up we had. The driver did not know the area where we lived so he picked a crazy route to batur just to save 30 minuttes. We were taken over a Mountain with road construction so there were no pavement on The road and the climb was a struggle for the car which had little or no tire grib because of old tires. At one point we could not go up a hill so the car slided back and got of The road. We had to get out and wake People up so they could help push the car. It is pretty scary to slide backwards in a car on a mountain in the middle of The night!!! When we got the car free. One of the locals had to drive us for the rest of the trip because he knew the area. I dont even wanna talk about the road down the hill and how scary that was. It was an expensive private pick up with at very poor quality in driving and navigation. Even for bali standards

I visited this site with my partner in June 2017. We were surprised at how easy everything was to organise and everybody we dealt with was very friendly. The price is good value for money and the experience is unforgettable, I would thoroughly recommend this to other travellers in the area. 10/10 service :)

Amazing. Something to tick off the bucket list. Professional and attentive staff. Bikes aren't 5 star, but part of the character of Bali. Must do!!

Overall the experience was great, the driver was really friendly and flexible, the guide was good too. However I would like to comment that the 'lunch buffet' given for the White Water Rafting was not up to standard. My friends and I had food poisoning shortly after consuming the food that was served during lunch. Maybe you should look into the hygiene of the food as there were flies all over.

When i holiday with my friends, i took outdoor adventure ATV ride in Bongkasa. Amazing experience riding on all terrain. Around 2 hours challenging track the rice fields, jungle, rivers and traditional Bali village.
FUN and EXCITING.

A memorable experience, as I was with family cycling in Ubud. The atmosphere and scenery of the village are beautiful, and we have seen the life of the local community closely. The guide was excellent, he guided us in such a nice way.
