I don't understand why this kind of mall has such a worst environment.
Not so sure what is going on with them.
You can see the environment inside.
The best thing here only Cinema XXI.
Very clean, tidy and quite cheap for ticket price.

Minim lighting, minim clean toilets. But i do like the cinema xxi having many studios there. So easy to reach, near the train station but why it did not clean 😭

The Movie Theater is okay. Since XXI has always been my favorite. The Mall is having lack of choice and facility. I only came here to eat alone (since the Mall is not that crowdy, and most of my friends refused to hang out in this place), and/or watching movies at XXI theater.

Actually this mall is quite good, roomy, cozy. It has hypermart, guardian, XXI and some small stores. But unfortunately most of the stalls are closed. On the other side, the visitors are quite many, and the cinema is great. In my opinion, this mall is a good place for hanging out but not a great place to spend in soecial occasion.

One word to describe this mall: miserable.
I guess it was a nice mall before, with anchor tenants like matahari, hypermart, electronic solution, etc. Maybe competitors beat them.
Building quality is really bad, with broken floor & walls everywhere. The AC is not working (are they even there?). It's hot.
Most of tenants are closed too. I'll never comeback, so sorry.report this review -

The mall is almost dying. I went here only for book store and supermarket. The cinema is kinda spooky cause it's in the corner and the light to the cinema is very poor.

Could have been or has been…but not any more.
Looks run down…used to have a real rail type train for kids to ride on the ground floor, but covered up.
No air conditioning inside the premises.
Only a hypermarket and some stores which looks like their struggling to keep open.
The only businesses looking good are the restaurants.report this review -

I guess this is the only tenant that attracts most visitors at the mall. It has 8 studios and is really cool inside (somehow the mall is quite hot).

this place, it's like deserted mall. because the visitors only go to the Cinema and the Hypermart at here. but if you want a comfy place, i didn't recommend this place.

It is a huge n spacious place.
Extra promotional efforts from the management should able to live up the present "Happy go Lucky" local "SIKON = Situational Conditions" standards.
Keep up the "FIGHTING" spirit.
Let's go.
Let's light up the "FIRE" in all of us:
1. the "window-shopping" customers to "happy-shopping" customers.

Located near the airport, this mall also have a venue hall that can be used to held events such as wedding. Some big tenants include hypermart and gramedia. Have some decent fast food joints. Lots of retail spaces that are not filled/rent yet. Not crowded even at weekends.

This mall located in main rod if Tangerang city amd easily apotted fro, the traffic. It has a lot of option of restaurants such as Tawan, J.co, Red Bean, Burger King. It also has cinema and depattment store. Quite completed for a small mall in Tangerang.

At the first time I thought this mall would become awesome because it brought the green concept inside the mall, with low energy consumption. But today they throw the concept away and use the air conditioner ineffectively since they use the glass roof which inhibit the cooling system and consuming tons of energy. The visitors are mostly from the low class who only want to watch movie at the cinema XXI without any other purposes.

Nothing is wrong with the cinema. But the mall itself where this cinema stand is not really well maintain, half abandoned mall. The cinema location is too far from the escalator. Because the nearest escalator is not functioned.

nothing much. its really quiet, but I often visit this mall because of the Starbucks here is quite comfy. If you want to shop Urban & co. and The Executive's product with a really cheap price, this is the right place.

Elevator always not working, especially when you watch a movie at night while the store already closed. You have to walk down 3 storeys by a dead elevator. No lift operating also.

I like the design of this mall. And also easy to find this location. Inside, there is an supermarket, several FnB tenants, XXI..
