  Good for domestic and international travellers, the hotel located @ top of BTC fashion mall just a few minutes either from pasteur toll gateway or bandung husein sastra negara international airport

  I planned to spend only one night here with my parents. After my parents and i checked in (21 Oct at 3 p.m.), the receptionist only gave us one key to access the room, at first i think that was okay. But at night, i left the room and went out with my friends till 2 a.m. in the morning (22 Oct) and i forgot that i don’t have key to enter my room. So i went to the receptionist asking for another key, but the receptionist didn’t give me the key i don’t know why (he told me that it was the SOP), i tried to explain the condition that i don’t want to wake up, call or bother my parents because they have important meeting in the morning so i better use another key to enter the room, i told that i am a costumer here but he didn’t give a damn about it so i just tried to sleep on the couch in the hotel lobby (and i can’t sleep because there was so much mosquitoes) till the dawn then i called my parents that i cannot access back to the room.

  I booked it from 3rd party and got a discount price. I check in at 10pm and stay for 1 night. When i was at my room. Hexosfan is broken. And there is 1 lamp broked. They should check it before I enter the room. -_-" and actualy the bed a little bit dirty.
  I registed my plat number of my car. They said it's free. And when I check out, I was confirm and make sure for twice, I'm not gonna pay for parked my car there. They said yes, it's free. Okay, then I went to my car and when I at the ticket payment car, they said my car was not registered. And asked we to check again with the hotel. -_-"

  An amazingly nice hotel in a busy district. Rooms are clean and service is particularly good. The lobby is very cozy and comfortable. There are shops and restaurants at the lower levels and more in the neighborhood.
