Great service, great atmosphere, chicken soup was the best I've ever had. Smoothy was nice and creamy and had great texture. Stuffed chicken with coconut filling was stellar. Great prices. I'm coming back.

Great food but horrible service. It took us almost an hour to recieve our second drinks and bill. We asked the waitress for both after waiting and it still took ages. It was not busy so it's a mystery why it took so long but not impressed and will not go back.

It was ok. Had better tasting indonesian food elsewhere. Staff were very welcoming though. It is still a nice place to have a drink.

We just had the best experience at Bollero. The service and attentiveness is top notch, everyone was so polite and welcoming.

The food and atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for after a long journey from Lombok.

To top it off the Happy Hour special on cocktails is a great deal, with a truly good pour and mix for every drink we had.

We plan to return at least two more times in the last three days we have left here in Ubud.

They made us wait extremely long before taking the order, but after that they were quick serving the food. The tomato soup, pizza and chicken dish with cashews we ordered were very good. Very tasty combinations and spices.

I cannot rate the food here as we only stopped for some cocktails. My partner had Mai Thai and one other which were good. I tried maguarita and mojito which were below par. Only one overworked barman meant long waits. It took them almost 15 minutes just to make the bill. Would not return.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They do know how to make a refreshing and delicious vanilla and lemongrass squash. They use real vanilla, real cinnamon and real lemongrass. It was really the perfect drink after a hot and tiring day. Unfortunately the food was just average. Our starter, duck spring rolls, were made fresh but the taste was just ok. Our Indonesian soup was also fresh and tasted ok. The Indonesian taste was missing. But I wouldn't mind giving the place a 2nd chance and try something else on the menu. The restaurant is really beautiful and kept clean.

Slow service, waited for 5 minutes for the bill and all the waitress just stood near d counter when we were the only customers that time. Thus decided to walk to counter for the bill, only the staff prepare the written bill. . .

Good food at a good price, but when I was there in the 20/01/17 there were two waitresses, a small one and a bigger one, the bigger one was lovely and polite, but the small one looked like she had been sucking on a lemon all day as there were no smiles no nothing, don't think she likes working there.

Food was tasty and in good portions but then See photos. They didn't make a case and dealt with it as an usual thing. I expect places like this to have infestation, but it is always unpleasant to see one casually enjoying the kitchen just as you finished your food.

Here we had the best meal in Ubud! Great service, amazing food and the cocktailskeep them coming! The atmosphere and the music is calming and welcoming. Definitely try the fish wrapped in banana leaf and the beef basil! So sad that we discovered it in our last night here

When basil beef is perfect there is nothing wrong. Can't find any mistake but only total harmony. Felt like floating in the sky after the meal. I am more picky than everyone I know and rarely find nothing so perfect. I will definately go again.

Friendly staff but didn't understand English very well. Beef Goreng is spicy! Lemongrass chicken was very good. WiFi and bathrooms better than average.
